PlayStation 4 is going from *only* winning 10 out of 12 months in the year - to winning the every month twice over. That's the reality soon.
This is more like Top 10 games' single top multiplayer map.
@donthate: does it by any chance have anything to do with you wanting PSVR to fail..? or have you just not tried it for yourself?
Last I checked, oculus wasn't open source? Hacks will probably be around for PSVR aswell.
PSVR is relatively affordable at an $800-900 entry. The competition is, what.. $2000 and upwards for a decent experience? PC gamers can glouth all they wan't, but I don't think ps4 players will pay any mind.
PSVR h...
Funny for you (congrats?), but Sony and Capcom are the ones laughing their way to the bank.
I call into question, if not the IQ, then the age and maturity of these pro-PC commenters... Expecting salt from console gamers who are just having a blast while they themselves are popping vains over 1st nerd problems (Edit: and typos).
Have you heared him many times these last five years? It's been all about shuhei yoshida with the PS4.
I pre-ordered shortly after E3 (Morpheus @Gamestop). I love getting my hands on new tech early. Really looking forward to demoing to friends and family.
The launch library does look a little iffy, but there seems to be atleast a decent amount of demos and games on the horizon. I can see my self holding on to this for the duration of the PS4 and PS5's lifetime both.
Top two biggest complaints; the grinding nature of drawing magic and easily becoming OP because of said grinding.
Solution? Stop grinding.
Great list OP, but at the end of the day, the most important things for me is ease of use and time until in-game.
These are points consoles still seem to win out on.
Where's the HD/non compressed assets at? Square-Enix..?
@Sammarshall: People are already spending that kind money on things truely peripheral, like racing seats and wheels.
Let alone that PSVR could function as a main means of viewing anything on the PS4.
Downgraded he says. Games won't be downgraded to accommodate PSVR. They will be retrofitted or built from the ground up to be able to function correctly.
It will be a similar case to the Wii U. We won't see many 3rd party ports simply because 1:1 porting 1080p30 games to VR won't be enough for them to function properly. That is the caviat of consoles. If people want to complain about that, they can rather stick to PCs and shut up.

With xbox support vaning, steamboxes entering the livingroom space and between PS4 gaining more goodwill every day and Nintendo NX right around the corner..
Is there really a place for the Xbox?
Xbox camp's newest strategy to make Xbox relevant - pin it up against PS4 in articles as if it's an even competition, even though it's being wiped the floor with by the PS4.
You won't see xbox sales.
The most rehashed games no one wants, on xbox, ie. Gears, Halo Wars, Fable.
...
There's really no room in the gaming space for Xbox now that PCs and steam boxes are entering the livingroom.
In which case, the presentation is very shallow.
You max out a relationship within 1 or two hours, and there are no compromises needed or consequences given for building a harem.
So much of Fallout 4 seems like an afterthought.
Why not look at it this way: now motion controls have a reason to exist.
They can build upon each other.
Quality - WTF, Like site - no.
Seriously, what is with the quotations and spreading false information?
Your only doing PSVR a disservice, and it almost seems intentional.
"The PSVR is supported by a high (LOW) latency (HIGH) framerate (REFRESH RATE) set at 120Hz - that will support user (???) - however I am unsure on users wearing glasses or contact lens. As of yet I am (???) unsure how that will work."
Can you please stop writing/spreading false-information and maybe learn to write?
Maybe, probably deserved it, even though I haven't even reached the the bonfire in the beginning of the game. I'm not going to contest it with the two most overhyped games, The Witcher and Fallout, atleast..
Fallout and The Witcher 3 were still very good though.
@ddkshah: Most definitely isn't a $100 processor. I'm thinking lower end cpu.
