I think 5/10 is too low. ODST is more like 7.5 to 8. If it was $40 from the onset or cheaper, it'd be closer to 8.5 to 9.0.

MW2 will get GOTY not because it is multiplatform, but because of sales and hype. It will essentially be the same as MW1 with a few tweaks, better textures, better performance, some new game modes, etc. (nothing game changing, like the multiplayer in U2) and even if it is a worse game than U2 (highly likely, IMO), it will get GOTY.
You can tell if you watched the Gametrailers review just how desperate some reviewers are to find flaws in Uncharted 2 and dock points arbitrarily so ...

For the most part, people are NOT complaining about the score. They're complaining about the criticism that GT brings up which has NO BASIS. Sure, 9.3 is a good score and all, but without the score, the review just seems like it bashes everything in Uncharted 2 (except graphics).
That is asinine logic. You should not be forced to buy extra accessories and peripherals just to enjoy a game you spent $60 on. Microsoft should dump the Arcade and should have replaced it at the $199 price point with the Pro so that no one would be disadvantaged.
The problem is that there is no actual justification for that score. If they had valid reasons, then I'd say anyone complaining is a fanboy.
If they found the controls problematic, sure. If they found too many glitches to spoil the fun, fine.
