I half agree with you.
I thought the environment looked phenomenal, but I thought that the character models and the face of the guy he was talking to looked unimpressive. The face looked acceptable, but didn't look near as good as the environment with all the wind effects.
But like you said, it very well could have been the video quality. Very unstable, very blurry, off-screen video is never a reliable representation lol

I have a clip-on voice mic + headphone combination setup, similar to what a lot of PC gamers use, and my question is, do you think I'll be able to plug my 3.5mm mic into the PS4 controller and set it up to where I can hear people through my HEADPHONES and can communicate to them through the controller port if what's plugged into the port is ONLY a mic, which can NOT receive sound?

Does anybody know if PS4 will support native 7.1 Dolby Digital s/pdif audio output?
PS3 had 5.1, and X1 apparently has 7.1, so I'm assuming PS4 MIGHT and probably will, but still....
