You think it's too overpowered?
Eh, that's reasonable. I just personally like the weapon.
You don't think they could make it a near-impossible unlock? Like maybe on the fifth recon class silver star or something? I'd work for it lol
Really? Interesting...
What makes it so much better? Is it the convenience of a controller, or..?
Because I bought it for PC when it launched, and haven't really played it in awhile.
I can see just sitting down with a controller being a really good fit for Diablo 3. I think I might have to pick it up again when it comes out on PS4, but I haven't really been able to justify a second purchase.
I'm a little disappointed that the Barrett .50 cal sniper rifle isn't an unlockable loadout weapon :(
They should make it the last sniper unlocked... That would really motivate people to make it all the way down the recon path.
Well, I'm not Sony. So if they go downhill, I'll be glad I don't work for them.
However, if Sony should worry about more than just its hardcore audience, why is it that appealing to their hardcore audience is what has gotten them this many PS4 pre orders.
Say whatever you want about Sony's strategy, but at this point it seems that focusing on the hardcore audience is bringing them success not failure.
Sony CAN stay afloat with...
Oh, you're unimpressed, eh?
Well I guess it's a good thing no one is forcing you to buy the game!
Now, please, shut up and let the rest of the ungrudging gamer world enjoy MGS.
Down-vote me all you want, but
DICE, where the FUCK is the F2000 and L85A2?
The ARs he was choosing from in the video better only be CURRENTLY UNLOCKED weapons.
I swear if they took away my favorite guns... There will be hell to pay.
This is good news. I have doubts that using the DS4 touchpad will be as practical as a laptop mousepad, but maybe it's a better touchpad than I'm expecting.
Time will tell!
Anybody who is confused by this approach is unfamiliar with the MGS franchise. Hideo Kojima has always put a half naked female somewhere in the game.
It's annoying that he has to explain himself like he hasn't done this with every other MGS so far...
You guys, MGS4 released June 12, 2008...
It's been so long since a MGS game...
So, let's shut up, allow Kojima to work his magic, and enjoy the next installment in a franchise that last left us with a 10/10 Masterpiece.
Well, yeah, but that's because GTA isn't a game. It's a lifestyle.
The release of a new Grand Theft Auto is more akin to a gamer's holiday than simply another great game to play.
It marks the 5th coming of something that will drastically impact your time management for the next few months, and maybe even the next few years.
When you buy a great game, you play it a lot. But usually there's a point where you stop going back...
My problem with this VR direction, if it's even true, is that it will most definitely not be the Oculus Rift.
O.R. is literally being developed by a man whose IQ qualifies him as a genius, John Carmack.
Now, before you jump on my case here, let me just say that JC is truly brilliant, he developed the first engine for DOOM back in the day, and remnants of his code still linger in many game engines used by developers today. BUT, this is not my point.
I would love if bf4 outsold ghosts but it just won't happen. bf4 is the better game, but there are way less people attached to the bf franchise than to the cod franchise.
even if bf4 was perfect, i think advertisement and momentum would compensate more than enough for cod's corner.
It might sound better and better, and while I am excited for the game's release, I must say that it's also sounding less and less like Metal Gear Solid.
Tough? Yeah maybe because if you developed to the best of your ability it would be much more than tough, it would be "impossible".
Xbox 360 is such a weak system it's ridiculous, and releasing more or less the same game on both it and its successor console which is at least 5x more powerful is really not fair for people who buy the X1 version.
However the people who buy CoD haven't exactly been to picky about "game quality" in the ...
It was so negative because you only talked about the bad things and never once mentioned the biggest bonus of DRM services like Steam, which is CHEAPER games!
If everyone had any clue how incredible Steam Sales are, they would never have complained about the idea.
Getting AAA games for $5-$15 just a month or two after original release makes you reconsider how much you value being able to share or rent games.
That's illogical and probably couldn't be an average or usual outcome, unless of course the console utilizes some sort of aim assist.
A mouse is just a better input device for precision tracking and snappy reflexes.
Using your whole arm, wrist, and hand gives you much better control than merely one thumb swinging a stick around.
Daxter* my bad @ gamehead36
@ thechosenone
Woahhh I didn't think they were using THAT many particle effects.
That's going to look crazyyy on a big screen.
Sign me up! It's coming out launch day too.
As well they should.
"Idk man, it looks like a little kid's game..."
It's a platformer, people!
Haven't you ever played Crash Bandicoot or Ratchet and Clank or Jack and Dexter??
Those aren't exactly "adult games".
Personally? I think it's gonna be fun.
Amen to that!
I was so worried after the Sandy Hook deal that legislators would try to use violent games as a scapegoat for real crime.
There was actually a proposed bill somewhere that suggested a sin tax on violent video games... *barf* yeah right buddy you ain't getting another dime out of me. You already take 30% of all our paychecks!
