Thank you, I felt like I was the only one congratulating her. I dont think Sony would've given her the position if it seemed like it'd go against their vision. Good for her.
Definitely looks like a gamer. Congratulations to her.
I seriously regret buying this game. Digitally no less so I cant get 5 bucks for it at GameStop. I fucked up and fell for the hype and spent the $60 immediately when it came out. The single player was awesome, but never touched the multiplayer because of all the BS I keep hearing. Wasted my money, not happy about it but the single player experience was almost worth it.
Having no online would guarantee an amazing single player campaign, I couldn't agree more, a giant epic single player campaign and then sprinkle on some DLC somewhere down the line and ill be ok.
The way they explain their lore in their Bioshock games is what I loved most. They created a world that seemed so real and everything had a WHY. I hope their next title has the same integrity as far as attention to detail.
absolutely. I would still buy it today if it had a single player campaign with epic bosses.
I for one am happy with this circumstance. If Stadia actually created a trend and had legs we would see gaming change immensely.
There's a fine line between being political and representing current or past factual political climates in a video game, or predicting or fictionalizing a future and creating narratives and enemies that PUSH a certain narrative or political agenda. These games are played by millions upon millions and some may look at a game's lore as fact instead of trying to separate truth from fiction. Very easy to brainwash masses of gamers into subconsciously believing things that are not actual...
To be fair, absolutely everything you spend your money on goes toward someone just as rich and monopolizing as Bezos.
If not for Bezos we wouldn't have Amazon at all, and it's actually super convenient. Just sucks that they such the life out of all small business.
But to stay on subject, these deals are awesome, been meaning to pick up outer worlds for a week or two, and I haven't played Borderlands since the original, so I'm due for a r...
I bought it for the campaign. Halfway through and don't regret it one bit, fucking AWESOME. Im rarely into first person shooters these days but I had to pick this one up after reading the reviews!
Im glad im not gonna feel like I'm playing the same game, I'm sure there'll be tons of surprises and Easter eggs. Im just curious to see all the environments redone, a lot of the areas were beautiful and that was in the 90s!
If my PS5 looks like that, I'll probably keep it in a cage, and feed it chicken heads...
I like when people speak facts. Cant spin any of these numbers, GJ Sony, I've been on the Playstation wave since PS1 and haven't stopped. I have to admit the exclusives are what made me fall in love, so many great titles.
May be symptoms of a deeper problem, only way I can reason with someone sinking that much time into a game to escape is you met friends on it and they only played that game, so you played too but hated it, but enjoyed the social aspect of it.
If that's not it, then sorry but thats a really sad story, so many games out there.
Bethesda just made it on my list of toxic developers. They're obviously doing this because the game flopped, and they know the few people still playing can get them close to at least breaking even. Taking advantage of the poor fans who stuck to their game.
Watch Bethesda charge these same subscribers for DLC at some point. Scumbags.
To be honest, I didn't want to tarnish the image of the original trilogy by playing Andromeda. Different developers, tons of bad reviews, tons of disappointed fans ... I just didn't want to be one of them. Mass Effect to this day is one of my favorite gaming experiences, and ME3 I agree was excellent at tying it all up, even if the ending wasn't "perfect" I enjoyed every bit.
....this should've been a thing after the original Resident Evil. Or even after RE4, which was very well received. Timing is odd.
Although they were not necessarily "bought" by Activision, they associated themselves and gave control to a company that was on the wrong path (from a gamer's point of view not shareholder).
Blizzard provided me with countless hours of entertainment especially via BATTLE.NET, will always be grateful for that, but have come to terms long ago that they're not the same anymore. It's a new age of gamers and unfortunately they're much easier to pleas...
At this point it's easy to see that most of the people whom are constantly belittling the game or being overly cautious are mostly new gen gamers who have not invested countless hours into Hideo's fantastic games.
I still remember the first time I played MGS on the playstation and not liking it at first glance because of his trademark style, then quickly fell in love with it and never looked back. It's not for everyone for sure, but from all the gameplay and ...
It's pretty amazing. Cant wait to see how they enhanced the rest of the game. That first boss in the reactor core was splendidly done! Can only imagine what theyve done with all the other dozens of bosses.
