No lie, I was literally trying to decide between buying Strangers of Paradise or Elden Ring for my PS4 last night. First of all, I KNOW it's not even a competition, the only reason I had to decide was because I want Elden Ring on PS5 when I get one, I dont want to play it on PS4 just to play it again at its peak. Im sitting here thinking about these $59 like, I hope whatever I get is worth it! Then I see an Ad on the PS store, it says to UPGRADE my PS plus membership for a catalog of g...
Why does everything have to be open world? Sonic just needs to be 2D/3D side scrolling...with today's Tech you can have some really amazing dynamic stages and all kinds of fun shit. They're just overthinking...Sonic 1,2,3 were simple!
I didn't know the combat was like this, I actually like it. Reminds me of Baldur's Gate in the 90s. Dont get me wrong I'd rather have the traditional Spiderman/Batman type combat but this is refreshing to see. Final fantasy tactics was one of my favorite games growing up, my nostalgia is leaning me toward buying this game.
I bet you have to pay to pre-register. Those fucking greedy assholes.
I still remember when DLC first came out, and people were predicting exactly what happened, they didn't predict loot boxes would turn kids into gambleholics though. At the end of the day though, we live in a world where many gamers are on a budget, and many gamers have tons of dispensable income to spend. If someone wants to pay a mark up for a 9 year old game with some glitter slapped on it, then let them. They're a business and they're catering to what they think people want....
I cant wait. One of my favorites of all time.
im just glad there's a 2player co op, that's still fun over mic even if its a Rando.
Had to stop watching almost half way. Already know im gonna get it!
One of the best games I played in my life. The bosses and story were AMAZING.
There have been worse, modern id say the first xbox was a giant hideous brick. Also keep in mind the 80s lol.
Those were literally the greatest gaming years off my entire life. I used to buy EVErY Squaresoft title, no matter what it was, for years straight. I will never forget the JOY those games brought me while growing up, never.
Why wouldn't they? It's their Golden Egg. They can bring it anywhere and make massive amounts of profits.
Not sure why people waste time commenting on subject matter they have no interest in. Makes me wonder how many hours of every day these types of people spend just hating and not living. What a terrible way to live...let go of the hate, embrace wonderful games with open arms and forget Sony and Xbox labels. Just appreciate the hard work the developers go through and appreciate a final product that's the culmination of a team's vision and passion.
YES! To this day I feel like the first bioshock was a masterpiece. They NEED to bring back that psychological twist, it MADE the game for me, literally had me in awe at how well voiced and executed this game was.
Theyre basically saying, "Consumers have allowed us to get away with bugged releases for so long, that it is now an expected norm for all our releases. We expected bugs on this level, and we were sure we'd be able to manage and eliminate the bugs while still providing a positive gaming experience. Fuck your wallets, cream get the money, wu-tang 4 life.
They nailed the final nail in the coffin for this series. I remember playing original Halo games religiously, this was just an effort to combine open world mechanics and try to welcome an open world gamer demographic. Didn't work.
You can literally beat 90% of games without taking damage using this strategy. It's really not an achievement at all.
This game is amazing, very creative characters and environments. I'm happy to see games like this achieve the success they hoped for. I really enjoyed it, hope to play the dlc soon.
Halo will never be better than Warzone. Especially with all the little kids and the cat ears, it's literally gonna turn into Fortnite.
Greedy pieces of shit.
