Well given the price, even if they pump it out every 2 years, you're averaging around 60 dollars a year give or take if you get all the stuff along with the game, including all the DLC (you pay a crazy amount like 110 dollars for all the stuff in the package). So if you go by price they pretty much annualizing the game
Just another way of looking at it
Glad I saved 400 bucks. Consoles are failing, barely any good games, the wobble, and now this?
Noooooo thanks.
aw, how cute. Now the ps4 gets to be just like the 360 and its RROD. But of course this isn't a bad thing anymore, because sony can do no wrong!
The flagship title of PS4, which is arguably killzone shadow fall, has been getting eviscerated by review scores. Same with knack. the only thing really doing well is that indie space ship shooting game.
The PS4 wobbles if you press down on it...this is an obvious issue if you care about the integrity of your hard drive or if you want your disk to get scratched up. what if it wobbles as you place a game inside of it? Also, pulling a table while the PS4 is on is generally a ba...
Not trolling, just looking at things objectively
So these are the developers that did dead island, which was a pretty bad game in my opinion, but they are under the direction of a different publisher from deep silver. if this game turns out to be good, then it would just show that deep sivler is a crappy publisher, which does not bode well for their newly acquired IP, the metro 2033 series. Nearly every deep silver game is crap, also
lol the 360 had the highest failure rate, but the Xb1 isn't out yet, but I'm willing to bet MS does not want another RROD debacle, so they took extra care to make their consoles failure proof..also, everything locked behind a paywall? Sony does this too with PS+ lol
Faulty consoles? Very few launch titles, and the few that ps4 has are bad? The PS4 wobble, a clear design defect and oversight?
More and more the XB1 is looking like the go-to console...PS4 doesn't even have the advantage of PSN being free anymore
Well 1080p gaming has been available for well over a decade now so....
serves him right? what exactly was his transgression, other than legitimately paying for something with his own money? or are you just hating on a guy because he has vastly larger amounts of disposable cash than you?
Lol 30 fps
And thats how it always should be. That way, everyone is happy, gets the best possible version that their hardware can handle, and the industry progresses. But sadly with most multiplatform games they develop it at the standards of the console hardware, and what do we get? Stagnation.
I'd rather not risk hardware being knocked over, and I wouldn't want to wedge a piece of hardware in between two things that could possibly overheat it
PS4...hardcore gamers...
all I gotta say is lol. Don't feel bad about it. Most gamers aren't 'hardcore' and most games aren't 'hardcore'
people calling the PS4 hardcore are the kinda people who think BF4 is hardcore
Not how it works pal. If they wanted to get the rift to work with something like shadow fall, there would be some major sacrifices in graphical quality or performance to achieve it
I'm sure IGN and all the other cases of hardware failure today did the exact same thing, huh? You've got a small number of units out there, and a high failure rate...this does NOT bode well for sony
Can't wait until sony fans start defending their systems equivalence of the RROD, despite having criticized the 360 harshly about it many years ago. Same thing with XBL, and now they have to pay for PS+
Ahahaha...RROD 2.0 here we come!
I would hope choices from TWD season one have a significant impact on how your clem plays...but telltale have yet to show any real commitment to making choices 'really' matter. But this doesn't really diminish the fact that this was one of my favorite games and very much deserved GOTY, just a little disappointed. I just hope they don't make her a little sociopath like (somewhat spoiler) Carl turns out to be in the comics
ehh I am more used to buying a game that is like 20 bucks and have that game lasting hundreds of hours. If EA continue their BF practice of having the games well over 100 dollars every 2 years, it is seriously going to add up. I suppose you could justify the purchase if you divide it over however many months until the next game, but to me that just means the game will only last me 2 years and then support for it will cease and everyone will be moved onto the next game. If I'm gonna drop 1...
