"Potential" mega hit? If Mineccraft can not yet be described as a "mega hit", then I don't know what can...
I like the fact that the premium membership allows you to obtain all the DLC for free, but in my opinion the map packs should be free.
Sounds interesting, but what would a Bad Company 3 offer over Battlefield 3? I'm guessing we won't see a BC3 until the "next" generation.
I am shocked Just Cause 2 is not on this list. I consider it to be the best sandbox game ever made, in terms of freedom and humor. You're rewarded for messing around and not a lot of open world games actually do that.
Good! I want an Aliens game that makes me feel like I'm actually playing the movie. As always, Randy, I love your work.
I don't mind that EA wants to compete with Steam through the use of Origin for Battlefield 3, but the platform is still too young and lacking tons of basic features.
What I do like about Origin is the fact that it allows DICE to patch Battlefield 3 much quicker than Battlefield: Bad Company 2, because they don't have to verify their patch for several platforms, like Steam, which in total can take up quite a lot of time.
The only solution I can think o...
You're welcome. =)
I'm guessing Steam should update automatically or you might have to browse the Steam store for the DLC, which will be marked as "FREE" for the First Access Club members, I think.
I enjoyed the singleplayer as well, despite some obvious flaws, regenerating health and being able to carry only two guns. I just kept on laughing throughout the entire game and I can't say that about any other game this gen.
Hell yeah. I'm a First Access Club member, so I can get this for free. Can't wait to frag some people online. You can say whatever you want, but I actually enjoy the multiplayer. It's oldschool and fun as hell. Yes, fun, you know, that one thing we keep forgetting this generation.
When I read "Leaf Green 3DS" I actually thought about Pokémon. Silly me.
The Wii U starting at 250 bucks? Never going to happen. I'm guestimating it at around 350, at least. In the end, I'm going to buy this console. Why? Because of the games, Ninty's greatest strength. For me, nothing can beat a Mario, Zelda, Pokémon, Kirby, F-Zero, Star Fox, Donkey Kong, Metroid, Super Smash Bros., Kid Icarus or Fire Emblem.
I remember the good old days when I played Exile. Dangit, now I have to install them again! Thank goodness I have Windows 7 Professional, which allows me to emulate XP. There goes my spare time once again. =')
Despite AMD's hotfix the pop-in is still there. I wonder what Nvidia's upcoming driver will do about this. Even with the texture pop-in I'm enjoying the hell out of this game. It runs just fine on my PC.
This is a list of changes for the retail version, NOT the beta. *sigh*
Yes.
Yes.
What he said. ^
Ah, that's good. I still wonder how much the driver will do for other (older) cards and SLI setups.
I'm probably going to get a lot of disagrees, but I actually like Brink in its current state. Sure, the launch was horrible, but what game hasn't had a poor launch? Have we all forgotten about Black Ops all of a sudden?
If you play with friends you can have loads of fun. The game is actually plagued by noobs who have no idea how to work together and play properly. I dare say this game failed due to poor players.
