Are you sad that you didn't get the first post on this review? So which version are you getting? I myself preordered the LE. I am pretty stoked to get the new Halo 3 maps. I also am super excited to see how they remade Blood Gulch for an RTS. I bet you are too though.

Sins is awesome! Know what else is awesome Age of Empires. Oooh, I also loved Warcraft (the original). So I guess I am not really a "kid". I do love me some ensemble though. The part I disagree with is that rts's belong on pc. Ensemble has done a great job making this rts on a console. No it isn't as gathering heavy as most rts's, but that is the brilliance. It really is a good fast paced game. Sins is great, but I don't always want to play a 4 hour game.

If there is one thing I have learned on this site is that morganfail doesn't understand math. He can't project numbers for a couple months let alone years.
*edit* To the lazy one... Double the 360 month to month? There is approximately an 8 million unit lead. For the ps3 to get above the 360 it will have to sell over 600,000 more than the 360 every month.
You can get these maps with Halo Wars. So there really is no decision.
You can use Forge. Bungie will have their own varients for the game. They give it to use pretty bare bone though so you can make your own custom levels easier.
Good review also. I can't wait to see what blood Gulch is going to be like as an rst. Maybe someone with a review code and posts on this site....... could give us some first hand info.
I didn't know so many people loved mag on the ps2. Actually not a whole lot of people liked jak on the ps2, beside the first one. I would agree that gran turismo sold a ton! That will really help the ps3. I guess that's one.
lets say they come out in 2013. You are still looking at 166,000ish a month starting last month. That's an average. Do you really think that it is going to be able to do that much over the 360 each month? No, you don't think they can. They are having troubles just getting 100,000 units sold right now. I am not trying to say the ps3 suxorz. I am just saying that it will end up in 3rd when all is said and done. That isn't a bad thing, it's just a place.
Yes there are plenty of fps's on console. You know what people used to say about them? They are crap on consoles. Then this little developer that was creating a rts was asked to make a fps for consoles. then all of a sudden, fps's were awesome on consoles. now a company that has been great at making pc rts's is making a console rts, with the part of the same name as the first fps to make controls simple on a console.

Here is the thing the gap is roughly 8 million between the ps3 and the 360. If the new consoles come out in 2 years, like people are predicting. That means that the ps3 would have to sell, on average, 333,000 a month more than the 360. I am only stating going to say that in January the 360 roughly doubled the ps3 in sale. Yes, I realize that the ps3 is more than the 360 in most cases. However the elite is $399 whuich is the exact same price as the ps3. I am not saying that the ps3 won't pick ...

I would take you up on that challenge, but he isn't buying kz2. He was in the beta and he didn't really enjoy the multiplayer. He love COD4 and likes the controls better than kz2. We both play a lot of online mp and racing games. He dosen't have lbp or drake fortune. He has r1 and I played that. It was nothing as good as most new games. I watched some of metal gear. He started where he left off. stealthed for about 5 minutes watched a forever cutscene. he literally played for another 2 minute...
It's wireless. I don't ever want to see a wire hanging anywhere. That is terrible. I know that you are probably used to this sort of thing, but from my end...that sucks! He even had to play it all tethered. No thank you.
He had to plug it in via usb.....not sarcasm. waiting an hour to play a game.....not sarcasm.
