Actually when mine red ringed I was upset. Then when I got it back 10 days later I was happy. It was a lot quieter. They fixed it for free. I was told that if you are getting it for free you aren't allowed to complain. I got my red ring for free. I got it fixed for free. They made it quieter for free. I can't complain.
