Presence has nothing to do with media coverage. I don't get what's so hard to understand? Let me put this another way. If I own 5 computers and one day I decide to hold a yard sale and sell them all, I take 4 of them and put them in front of my house, 1 for $300, 1 for $350, 1 for $400 and one for $500 but I keep my alienware desktop for $3500 inside.

Sony had the largest booths, therefore they had the largest presence. They may not have had the largest media coverage but they had the largest presence at Gamescom. I don't get why it's so hard to understand that it's not bloody rocket science, it's plain and simple logic.
There is a big difference between sony not having a lot of media coverage from gamescom and them not having a large presence at gamescom. Those are two completely different and separate issues. You cannot merge one with the other.
Your comment made absolutely no sense. A company's presence at gamescom has nothing to do with them having a conference. Gamescom is 5 days long and you're trying to tell me that even though sony had the largest booths there they had a small presence because they didn't hold an hour and a half press event? Are yo saying that without that press event the thousands of people visiting gamescom would not know sony was there? I can't even...............

I am in no way defending this, I have no idea why they raised the prices. They could have a perfectly valid reason for it or it could be no more than trying to bleed people out of more money, I don't know. With that being said, saying that they are doing this to force people to buy yearly subscriptions is ludicrous and makes no sense what so ever and If you took the time to think about what you wrote and was honest about it, you would realize that also.
I guess we'll see in time.
All i'm gonna say is that i'm gonna bookmark this page and after this game releases I'm gonna be referencing a lot of the comments here. I got nothing more to say on the topic until the game comes out.

Stop it. Stop it with the BS lies and misinformation. People were not saying it couldn't be done, the question was always the feasibility of it all. If you are running a game that requires cloud compute and you are using it for the multiplayer alone then it makes a little more sense, but imagine using it in a singleplayer game.

So a tablet add-on is the only real innovation? Sorry, but I would give that to shareplay. There are two tablets and a kindle in my house, sorry nintendo but I play games on tablets all the time. that is NOT innovative. On top of that I can take my vita with me when I'm visiting family and still play my ps4, can the nintendo gamepad do that?

Why are these people allowed to write for gaming websites? why are these types of articles with either clickbait titles or downright misinformation allowed to be posted? Sony did not skip Gamescom, they had the biggest presence there. They just didn't do a press briefing. This is getting annoying now.
