I would love to see the SPU profiler on this game...
I place bets that they don't use the SPUs efficiently as of yet (their first attempt at a PS3 game)

1) Network Neutrality needed

without it ISPs will filter their traffic and slow down large files that are not paying their extortion fee. (and since a file crosses many ISPs this can lead to a slow down in any link of the chain)

2) MUCH Faster speeds needed - to hit good quality 1080p 5.1 with
VC-1 you need approximately 30 gigs for the file

Telstra if they can deliver fiber to each house is a step in the right direction - but the capital e...

Am going to be pissed if this is like the dreamcast registration scam
but will love it if true.

Just strange enough to be real
viral indeed.

damn it... now I need to hear about a NA release or I will be spending extra on an import again.
Very cool intro.

Infinity Ward comes to mind ^_-

with the lighting levels different depending on the console you would see as much difference as they show
In fact the brighter image on the PS3 tends to show more detail which may in fact make the textures look worse

(I mean look at the computer banks in the screen shots- way more detail visible on the PS3 version - I suspect in reality that the textures are exactly the same and the lighting is the big difference)

has to be packet based... so yeah it probably can be adapted to the x version.

software can be hacked - especially the packets - for this to work it obviously has to go through a proxy server that is analyzing the packets. AKA IW will add more encryption with the new patch to break this hack.
but the PS3 itself has held up well against hackers (aka the hardware)

Always nice to see them get it early.
The official release date is the 18th but as always actual release is near but not necessarily on that date.

Very kooky, very cool, and definitely new style vs. the old advertising campaign though related to it by feel.

Already been exposed as a fake on many sites.

for further proof - see how Home is to be released
It is not a PS Store update but an XMB addition

A rumor.... is just that a rumor
Until I see substance or at least some proof I will choose to not hold my breath.

please oh please...
give us a turned based combat system on top as well.
It just won't be fallout without it!

I would not be surprised if it worked like Warhawk and is account limited - with only one account online at a time.

It's a meh feature for me as well. but some people want it so I want Sony to deliver the best possible version when they do.
What you want is a means to turn off notification's ... I hope they have that as well.

Where's Elena?

Only have one question:

Why do you believe it is a right to be able to trade your games?

6534d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Thanks for the feedback all
unfortunately as a developer it is a major concern that within days of releaseing a new product it is basically reduced in value by stores marketing it showing the new and the used side by side. Like I said I have no issue with people selling used... just selling used during the initial launch period

Speaking as a developer the next games we release may just go to companies like Walmart (where we have to pay 2,000,000$ just to get wall space) ...
