Seems like a gimmick more than anything. What's the point of giving the player different choices of dialogue when the story doesn't change? You might as well have the option of what colour socks to put on in the morning...
If pub crawls are their own kind of adventure, then just call me Bilbo bloody Baggins.
Gotta love a game that you can get plastered in.
Games that are heavily multiplayer focused are only good as long as everyone keeps playing them. Let's hope that everyone playing Battlefront right now won't get distracted by the next big thing to come along.
Keely Hawes is my personal favourite. She really brought a cool, sophisticated edge to Lara, and she sounded like she enjoyed being Lara as well.
I'm not a huge fan of how Tomb Raider has tried to be more like modern adventure games when the original Tomb Raider is the inspiration for most action adventure games. Tomb Raider should be showing them how it's done, not copying games like Uncharted!
This is the great thing about Bethesda games. There's no one way to play them, and it's so relaxing.
I like the look of this game. We need more games that are based on novels! I love Metro 2033 and I want to see more people adapting novels into games
It looks adorable, I'd love to see more games with this aesthethic
I think it's all down to when they were announced. Sony always marketed the PS4 to players as a games console, whereas Microsoft always marketed the Xbox One as an family entertainment system. It's why I went with a PS4 over an Xbox One.
A Fallout christmas jumper would definitely improve my christmas. Let's hope that they aren't itchy when you wear them
The game looks amazing, but who knows what they're doing with it? It seems like they're really taking their time with it; that, or they're struggling to make it good enough to meet everyone's expectations. Only time will tell, I guess
Damn, the music for that trailer is crazy! Nice to see that Mario sports game aren't losing any of their zany character
This would definitely make for a pretty interesting game
It seems like this year's PGW showcased a good balance between the old and the new. Horizon has real potential, and I always look forward to a new Tekken game. Here's hoping that neither of them suck!
The new Quantic Dream game, Detroit, looks like it's drawing a lot of inspiration from Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep, so you're definitely on to something there.
I think Heart of Darkness works perfectly as a story template for games. It helps to give a game a good direction of progression and development.
This game is so disturbing; I love it. And it only seems to get better!
The best thing about the necromorphs was the variety that they came in. I remember meeting the stalkers for the first time- in fact, I doubt I'll ever forget. Those things were terrifying
I have tons of respect for these two. They've really done well to start from nothing to be where they are now.
The breast article I've read on the subject of boob physics.
Wait, best. I meant best...
Anyone who deplores video games as "evil" or "mysoginist" or whatever always fails to see the bigger picture. There's nothing inherently bad about games as a whole, and the internet has made everyone really scrutinous about gaming's cultural standng in society even though games are a fairly new arrival to mainstream culture.
People just need to chill out, man.
