This is a way of 'giving' for nothing. I doubt people were planning to go pay full retail price for InFamous that was released in 2009!
The point is correct, but 77m users? Really. There are about 52m PS3s sold (as far as I know), I have individually bought 3 myself (1 broke, got one for term time home and out of term time home). I have 4 accounts so I think your looking at 20-30 million people to please and some of these might not even use PSN.
The Truth should be more accurate.

Possibly BF3 (depending on console gameplay) and MW3 (depending on quality of the game)
Be positive, wait to hear more news about it, maybe watch previews and reviews when they become available, if its good buy it, if it sucks leave it. But don't slag off a game after watching a trailer and a single screenshot.
wii 2 just screws everything up, hopefully it flops. They captured the casual market, and now they want to attract the hardcore market with a slightly more powerful PS3. They are going to have one BIG problem - who the hell is gunna make games and use that power, they are just going to port games to ps3 and wii 2.
I hope it flops, so that we don't get a premature gen, with tech that will be outdated by 2014/2015.

Why not just get both? I'm sure they will do everything they can to make a game to compete with BF3, but I still want to see some console gameplay for BF3.

Not sure if its true or not, but I just read the notice on the firmware download page and it says that the store will be up in the 'few' days. Not sure whether this is poor communication between the playstation website and network or whether they just are saying we don't know
I knew it, I mentioned this a couple days ago and it got shot down.
Whats up with 10 year plan? Why are people surprised? PS2 lasted 10 years, just because they release a new console doesn't mean the old one dies straight away.
Some could argue PS2 is still alive, it hit 150 million units only 4 months ago, must be people still buying them.
They are disagreeing because the whole dashboard was not hacked, that was one account and access was not obtained through XBL.
Yeah thats how I read it too, wtf are people complaining about? This is a great way of encouraging people that were thinking about buying into pre-ordering.
