Its even less necessary than ever before. Why? Because i am not selling either. They dont simply play games anymore. They are enetertainment boxes like apple tv. I will put 1 in my bedroom or my kids room so i dont have to move them to the tv i wanna use.they also stream pc content to my tv. Use the time and money on something else.
I agree. This is reiner, probably did this to help clean up the mess that was apotential goty review. Its sad that the one who did review it was an avid rpg fan. Crazy to me. They carry alot of weight and i am sure they have received thousands of complaints not including all of us online.
It would be smarter to gather advertising. If it gets the kind of attention it should, advertisers will flock to them. Hell, they could make some money and get the price down.

I agree so its hard to blame them. Illbet that in order to make more it would cost them quite a bit and take some time. Personally, i would eat the cost difference. Maybe they counted canada as 1 because there was obviously a clerical error. Or they were not supposed to send them and they got sent. I regretted not ordering one but i guess i am glad i didnt. I hate to see something bad tarnish this product
I agree. This is why i love capitalism and the concept of supply and demand. in its base form, it is quite simple. If ppl want something, u supply it for them. Many times, they dont know they want it, this is where risk comes in. in iys purest form, it is impartial to ideals and beliefs. No...its a lesson in how hard it is to sell games right now. Most sales are down because competition is through the roof. I would have bought it and played it 1 year ago when i wasnt so backlogged. The video game market is over saturated right now and only certain games will stand out...and even their numbers are and will slip. Watch the numbers for dead space 3, crysis 3 and metal gear. I will wait for it to be reviewed...the whole game. its a hard game to judge from a demo. It did prove what it neede to, that is has the potential to be really good.

I wont spoil anything but i must say that Ubisoft caved with their story. Its a bit of a stretch to also release a dlc entitled King Washington. This is the same guy who didnt even want to be president and yet we know where they took the story. How about new content. No one has played the yet anmade new content yet. And yes, u can make it look better without compromising the art style. I am playing ni no kuni and it is gorgeous. And believe it or not, it takes power to run games like kingdoms of amalur. It aould be simply stunning on next gen consoles. But the one way to make sure ppl buy it is to offer new content.

Yeah and metro last light best not get screwed up because it is going to be awesome. And i am pretty sure company of heroes and south park will do fairly well too. I love that south park is an rpg and everyone who has played CoH has said that it is shaping up really well. Heres to hoping. But metro last light would be a terrible loss. Maybe i am losing my mind or time is different in the UK, but 66 days wont get u anywhere near May 7th. I was getting excited that at the end of March i would be playing this game. Anyway, its more likd 105 days unless there is a demo. Maybe this guy is from the future. Really? No, they just moved to mmo's. Thats where many jrpg fans went. And creators felt the need to evolve a genre so it could be more popular. I cant fault capcom and square enix for attempting to change the genre and try to continue to be at the forefront. I actually think dragons dogma was a better western rpg than most western rpgs.
