Anytime is the right time. But a game like this is a counterstrike. All by itself, it can take tje spotlight away from almost every thing else. Imagine if xbox announces at E3. What does Sony do? They show their new console running this game...while also running on the vita. Then they hype the last of us which will release shortly after while showing off beyond, battlefield, and more about everything we know. They emohasize their comittment to video games.

Seriously, neither sony or microsoft are gonna block used games. The one that does will lose instantly...period. This being said, do not think that both will not do everything to kill used games, though this will also benefit the PC drastically and the pc is a direct competitor. sony and microsoft have trademarked udeas or names so that in the future if they need to block used games, they can. Everyone was so pissed off because ps3 couldnt do cross game chat. I, for one, love it. While at first, on xbox, it was cool etc., i soon realized that getting non stop party invites was very annoying. I would disconnect my ethernet cable many nights before i logged on. It just seems like it could have been better without a ton of work. I got an idea...dont release cod this year. Support black ops, release Destiny and work on a new next gen cod that revitalizes the franchise instead. In the end, we will see that they both are as similar as they are now. And games will be ported to the lesser quality.
