Explain... How exactly is anything I said in this comment ripping on XB1 Septic? Is anything I said unfounded about sales strategy and deals? Is it this "MS hopes this will sell consoles, but many will wait for the PS4 version"...? That is ripping on the XB1? I think you need to re-examine your perception on "ripping" on a console.

The game was already in development for PS4... like TF. That's the annoying thing. Square clearly didn't want the game to compete with UC4 over the holidays, so saw the offer from MS as an oppotunity to have their cake and eat it. Holiday release, with marketing and publishing cost subsidised, and no competition. Of course UC4 was delayed, and they can't even say how long the "duration" is due to the contractal obligations.

This is spot on. Sony is at way more events and need to spread them. Just like their releases. They are more dominant worldwide and their releases and reveals are spread out. Hope for dome great reveals.

Seems MS thinks that only games and bundles at XMAS matters. This still only helps them in the US and UK. I think the PS4 will outsell the XB1 until Sept.

Reading the details on site, included is some information from the financial people... it was stated that the decrease in games revenue will be as a result of heavy investment in the gaming division.

Look at the Admin update... They are not an exclusive pusblisher to MS.

What is the competition offering? Seems Indie games only matter on Xbox. This year Ori and Scream Ride are all the rage on XB 1 right? These games are not just fun, but critcally accalaimed. Would you rather shoot some mindless AI, while squadmates shout orders? There's room for both on the PlayStation platform. Variety, quality, fun and diverse games. Not to mention some of the amazing stories in these games. You talk about Indie like it's trash. I rather these games than some suppos...

The good thing about the XB1 design though is that you actually get 2 XB1s. The one you buy, and just up the power cable you get another mini XB1 aka the Power Brick.

Hope Kojima and Del Toro can still team up and make another horror game under a new publisher. I think MGS5 will be my last Metal Gear. I am an avid collector and have met Kojima twice. This makes me sad.

This will no doubt move consoles this holiday. Say what you want about COD, but it's popularity and relavance in the industry is still mega.
It is 6 weeks after E3. Sony will be at Paris Games Week Instead, TGS and PSX.
I will will miss Gamescom though, I actually went on 3 occassions. As a European I am not pleased.
