Madden hasn't been good since '04, NCAA since '06 on the xbox.
But, essentially, no football game has ever been as good as NFL 2k5, which is unfortunate. EA can't even steal all those feature and integrate them...
Look, I already have a gold membership and a NF subscription.
I didn't want to pay $100 for the roku box, because I figured this was going to happen.
I don't have any way of connecting my tv to my pc (I have a VGA-in, but I don't want to buy a 75ft vga cord and string it all over my house), so this is easily the best solution.
Even if I didn't have a gold membership already, I'd still spend the $50 for both NF functionality and the other benefits.
If you didn't have gold, but already had a NF subscription, $50 is a really, really cheap price to use your instant watch queue on your television. Plus, you'd be getting the gold membership benefits as well.
Right now, I can't use my IW queue at all (like i'm gonna sit in front of my laptop and watch a movie), so $50 would be a small price to pay and easily worth it.
But, i've already got gold and a NF subscription so this is just bonus.
Does the Wii NEED this for 1:1? My mother-in-law probably won't even plug these in, but she'll enjoy wii sports 2.

They even release the fixes within year or so of the old version.
I'm pretty sure they intentionally make things flawed so they can then sell you a better one.
They also make you think you NEED their stuff when better, cheaper stuff is available (especially the ipod/phone products).
Good game, but it's only $8 at gamestop and $2 on amazon. Skip it and get the disc. I don't understand how XBLO keep getting released and bought.
It only makes sense for games that aren't backwards compatible yet.

yeah, i'm a ps360 owner, and I have zero use at all for these downloading services. I use my NF account to get DVDs and, well, other methods of downloading.
However, I'll be using my 360 A LOT more to stream unlimited movies for free between my XBL and my NF accounts. I really don't care about keeping movies, especially since they take up gigabytes of HDD space. Screw that.
If you buy and download a movie, is it trapped on your HDD or can you transfer it to other things (other than your psp, which I don't have)?
I don't much see the point in taking up 7gbs of space on my HDD just for a movie if you can't put it on something else.
why would I put a microphone right next to my speakers? I hope everybody enjoys hearing double of whatever I'm playing/watching...
yup - my 54 year-old mother-in-law loves her wii. She still plays wii sports. And that's pretty much all she plays...

I've been bummed about no HD on IW since I joined netflix.
However, let's see which of these ideas comes to fruition first, being able to watch NF streaming with your buddies or watching things with your buddies through home.
There are about 10000 movies available to stream for free if you have a netflix subscription.
You can get any netflix subscription you want, so long as it comes with instant watch.
It's not a download service, that's what XBL already has.
Instant watch is a movie streaming service. You can watch movies, well, INSTANTLY without having to wait for a download.
yeah, I bought a ps3 last november to supplement my 360. Crazy. I can't believe I've spent this much on it.
I'll probably buy LBP and fable 2 along with RB2.
