This just got me so hyped for next week!
This would be cool considering I only had a 360 this last generation and most likely only a PS4 this generation.
Honestly when I first saw this game at the E3 reveal I was blown away up to the point where I started seeing QTE's and then I lost all interest. It has to expected since they went from a 360 Kinect game to a launch game. I bet they just replaced your arm movements with those QTE's.
Hey Lukas_Japonicus, this is the guy you were talking about a few posts up. Pure delusions.
Bubbles to you good sir!
It all boils down to the fact that the typical mainstream COD player is going to see the 720p vs. 1080p thing as a major purchasing decision. They are not familiar with programming and whether the xbox can catch up, they just hear and see that one console displays their favorite game better so they buy that one.
If you are spending $400 or $500 on a new system, why wouldn't you care. So tired of all the apologists. This is a new generation! Resolutions and new gameplay mechanics matter to the early adopters. Otherwise just stick with the old generation if it doesn't matter.
Sorry, but is this for US Amazon and only on Nov. 10th? I couldn't tell by the link.
It's not just simple math, it's also perception. Some people just have bad eyes and can't tell the difference. I will agree that the media is downplaying it. Maybe they are just rooting for the underdog because MS had taken a horrific beating the last 6 months.
I love how everyone is saying "it's just a rumor!". Well the same group of guys tweeted about the resolution of COD and BF4 and it was "just a rumor!" then as well. Look how that turned out. This makes the most logical sense in why there is a disparity between launch games on the system.
Since we are asking, I will take my multiplatform games on PS4 at a higher resolution, thank you very much. Oh and Titanfall 2.
Seriously, MS is so concerned with what Sony is doing, they have now rushed 2 consoles to market. The evidence is mounting with the 180's, lack of game optimization and OS issues. I feel all these rumors are just the tip of the iceberg.
Ding, ding, ding, ding means winner, winner chicken dinner for PS4
Interesting how they come out and deny these rumors but not a peep regarding the 720p games.
Where there is smoke there is fire. There seems to be quite a bit of smoke with multiple people confirming the 720p thing. It's fine just go back to your denial dreamworld and we will see for sure in a couple weeks.
The past few days have been so entertaining seeing people backpedal saying resolution isn't everything. That and the full on meltdowns.
You dipshits, its not about Sessler not getting a free PS4. Its about the publishers forcing reviewers to agree to their terms and review their games in a controlled environment and then the dev either accepts or denies the submitted review.
Look at all the xbots in utter denial saying that resolution doesn't matter now. Face it, MS thought they had this generation in the bag but then they got caught with their pants down.
I will say that today has been one of the most entertaining days on the Internet. The meltdowns, denial, gnashing of teeth and salty fanboy tears have been unending. But how did anyone not see this coming with MS going for a more complicated and underpowered system. The games will still be good but not as good looking.
From what read today, this will also be released with the suspend/resume and they are targeting early 2014
