Now why would they even mention this. I mean seriously it is kind of discriminating "Look we have a black guy or girl working on Killzone 2". I mean all men and women were created equal by God. So treat them equally do not view them by there color, cast or creed, view them as a simple human being.

Not reading this article will play it to see how good it is. I have been successful in keeping myself away from all these news. I spoiled God of War 2 ending for me :( once, I am not repeating this mistake twice:P
Well we should all wait and see which game looks better and play better. In terms of feature so far, Resistance 2 is richer. 60 player multiplayer, 8 player coop, 2 campaigns. Plus this guy is comparing Gears of War 2 pictures from the mag. scan to Resistance 2. Oh Come on you are kidding me right?
Apart from that I will be buying both games. i loved the original gears and I loved resistance 1. So it will interesting to see which game I play more.
I don't get it, Why people compare Resistance 1 (first generation title) to Gears of War (2nd Generation Title). I mean seriously Resistance 1 was by far the best looking launch title FPS, I have ever seen.
Why don't these people compare it Perfect Dark Zero? I mean both are launch titles. This gaming industry is filled with bunch of hypocrites. I love gears of war, it was the primary reason I got 360 but whats unfair is unfair.

Its a nice read. He had some valid points. At its base the article was targeting those gamers who were going to purchase the additional weapons. So what the author is trying to say is that if people won't buy it in the first EA won't sell it ;)
Cool, I will definitely give it a try but I have to adjust my schedule of GTA4 and MGS4 to play this one.;)
There is a very good article on kotaku.com. Give it a read, they have explained how the victory is brief and hollow. I mean there point was that many people would still have bought the game. So the problem is not EA, its the gamers who were going to buy these weapons.

Totally Agree. Its the games that make or break the system. Plus I don't know anybody online anyways. None of my friends play video games & they think I am too old to play games anyways:( So I don't personally care about ingame-XMB or even Home. All I care about is great exclusive games;)
I still remember spending hours just to drive through the GTA Vice City, performing stunts. Man the good old days are coming back:P

Well hopefully it won't be a tech demo. I guess they will show a level where you can blow that hovercraft type of vehicle with a rocket launcher. By the way didn't the E3 2007 demo included a rocket launcher scene. It was pretty cool though. Judging by the graphics standard these days as compared to 2005, I would say they can certainly exceed almost every aspect.

I am guessing that they might push home before the launch of GTA4. Otherwise they will definitely rollout before the launch of MGS4. But thats just my theory:P

Is it really that bad? I mean I bought the 360 back June 2007, I had RRoD once, I sent it to them and they fixed it and I got it back in 6 days. Its working fine since then. Yeah I know you have to take extra care of it, but still is it really that bad? or I am just lucky?
@Fallen_Angel - Oh no I didn't mean the SKU mate. I meant the next generation of console. I just don't want Microsoft to release a new console every 3.5-4 years.
I don't think we will see a clear winner anytime soon, sure Sony has started outselling the 360, and will see a good 2008/09, but the real problem is Microsoft will definitely see its current state and will announce a new console in 2009 and release it in 2010. They more money then the budget of many third world countries combined. That will really create a mess, because I don't see Sony ready for a new console. PS2 is still has atleast around 2- 2.5 years of life, while ps3 has just started....
