I would agree on that one, the game has gone a bit greyish since its gameplay footage at last e3. But so was Gears of War. Plus the game looks jaw dropping gorgeous, especially the character models and the fluid animations.
Well actually people are taking this out of context. We all are expecting this game to be more than just an eye candy, with all the truck load of fps games in the market, a game really needs something innovative to stand out of the crowd. I would buy killzone2 on day1, but I am still worried that this game won't be as innovative as I was hoping it to be, then again we haven't seen much and there is still a long way to go.
It looks amazing, but I don't know, the whole camera perspective, I mean it feels odd. Like your head is really moving. Which is good in terms of immersion but it may cause motion sickness.
For those who are complaining about the graphics, needs to realize this was a multiplayer game footage. The footage from singleplayer wasn't shown, secondly the video was in really poor quality. Hopefully this game will look jaw dropping.
We can't judge Killzone 2 graphics from that dumb quality video, but what we can judge is the size and sheer scale of the battles. Damn just look at the amount of stuff going on the screen at one time:|

Oh and by the way, if you look closely, you will notice that this picture was captured off screen. So the game will look a lot crisper than this image;)
it was a smart move, i mean with the last quarter packed with promising titles, it would have been foolish of them to jam the fall 2008 and have nothing big after x-mas

I really liked the first game, it was a graphical show piece, unfortunately thats all it was. It had very long loading time. Plus very less variety. I hope all these issues are resolved in the upcoming installment. It will interesting to see how much they can improve on Motorstorm 1's graphics.

The game looks pretty good considering its a multiplayer game. Hopefully this game will rock the PSN:P
People who count pixels are bunch of low life teenagers that have nothing better to do. Enjoy the game what it is offering you. I am 17 hours into the game & I have enjoyed every second of it. Those who can't enjoy a game sit down & cry over how bad the game looks or what resolution this game runs on.
PSP is doing pretty good in Japan. Infact we have seen a worldwide boom in PSP sales. 360 is literally dieing in Japan:|

My decision to buy this game or not depends on this demo. From all the mixed previews its getting, my judgment is really clouded right now
Perfect, not even by a long shot. But is the one of the most enjoyable and addictive give, HELL YES IT IS. I have been playing it for like 18 hours now and I never ever got bored of it once. The game has some issues, but they are not even worth mentioning when you considers the plus this game have.
Must be a glitch in the system, if it was 18 hours then I may have believed it. I am on 18.67% and i have played the game for 10 hours or so, most of the time, I am cruising in the city:P
Come to think of it, the only exclusive FPS xbox360 had was Halo3 and thats about it, the rest fps are all multiplatform, while PS3 has resistance and killzone as a franchise both of them are no where near there end and both of them look stunning so far. Sony has a lot of potential to take over the hardcore fps fans.
