Interesting, and its not that long to play through, so I am wondering what would be the pricing and all that stuff. This was made by people who were working part time on it. Pretty impressive.
The game looks stunningly beautiful even at this resolution, anybody knows whats the exact specs of this game, i mean whats the framerate and resolution?
Why do I have a feeling that Microsoft and Epic will hype this game to death. I mean I know it will be a great game, but I don't want them to hype this game like they hyped Halo3. The last thing I want to see is museum of cog and a statue of marcus fenix.
The game looks good even in its initial stages. Hopefully the game will set new standards for multiplayer shooters.:D
Well I had a sudden feeling of fear when I saw marcus cutting the locust in half. The fear was not from the game, but the fear was that the stupid OFLC in Australia will ban this game:@

I doubt this game will release this year. Its such a big game, Sony would have gone nuke screaming there throats out. PS3 really needs rpgs.
He must be kidding about Hitman, Resident Evil, Silent Hill and Final Fantasy series. Final Fantasy Series is the best RPG series to date, Resident Evil & Silent Hill are one of the best survivor Horror games and Hitman, well I just love hitman series:D

Its kind of odd, Sony isn't really announcing any JRPG/RPGs for Japanese or other users that love to play RPGs. I mean its been a little too long.
This game looks awfully gorgeous, i can't believe this is an openworld game, I mean just look at those character models and environments:D
I would love it if the feature is builtin the xmb, I mean programmers don't really have to worry about specifically coding for it, you can just record the video using in game xmb & upload it to youtube. Now that would be awesome:D
I don't know what they have been doing but the game demo wasn't really impressive, the voice acting was horrible and the animation system really needed alot of work. The shooting was ok, but after playing so many shooters, it wasn't really something that I could say wow. I had a feeling of meh.... after playing the demo. But thats just me. Its my honest opinion, I do not criticize alot but still the game didn't live upto the promises.
Kind of funny, when the initial previews came out, I heard the guy from FreeRadical said that the game will take around 15 hours to complete, then few weeks ago that number fell down to 12 and now it is 8-10 hours.
Also, initially they said that there will be bots in multiplayer, nopes no more bots. So this game has some major feature cuts.
The game looks really creepy, I loved the demo, looking forward to playing it:D

PS3: MGS4, Resistance 2, Socom Confrontation, LBP, Siren & MotorStorm 2.
Its not about the quantity, its about the quality. Fable 2 & Gears 2 are the two big heavy hitters while, R2, MGS4, and LBP are quite extra ordinary games. All I know is that there are too many games & its getting harder for me to afford all of them :(

I think Wii never was part of the console war. It just stood out from the crowd and said hey you two can fight over the second place. As for PS3 and 360, well I do believe PS3 was hurt more from Wii success than 360. Because in one xbox was and still is considered a hardcore machine, while Playstation is a brand for almost every genre. From shooters to platformers. In my opinion PS3 will outlast Wii and 360 interms of number of years it stays in the market.

Anyways everyone has to wait till E3 to see is it coming or not. Microsoft will throw a lot of cash just to keep it exclusive. Because BioShock 2 and MassEffect 2 are the two big exclusives 360 have in 2009.
I played BioShock on my 360 & its an absolutely beautiful game to play, and by beautiful, I don't mean only the graphics, the game story, the gameplay everything was so deep and touching. I love games with great stories. Its a big blow for Microsoft, one can assume that BioShock 2 will come to PS3 and it would have a been a big game for them. Microsoft needs to gather there sh*t quickly.
