@BitbyDeath You sir have no idea how hardware works.. Ram simply gives you the overhead you need to play around with the power of the GPU/CPU. Which there would be quite a lot of in the PS4. But if the GPU and CPU doesn't have enough power then it simply wont run it at a certain level.
According to your logic computers with 64gigs of ram would run crysis with better visuals than people with 24gigs.. Simply not the case tho.

You do know that this is mostly for investors. That is why Sony is calling out for em. So it will definitely show third party support to get people to invest in the company more.. that will be key. It most likely wont be too specific on things, that will most likely be e3 but it will most definitely touch on the support it will get as well as improvements and how to attract consumers. Thats how it was when I went to the ps3 meeting, so im expecting the same

In ny it was sold out everywhere. so these mountains of ps3s must have been in the middle of the nevada desert cause there were none here. And when they did get a shipment mom and pop store sold em for around 800 - a grand and alot of places sold the games first week for like 80 90 a pop.
As someone whos in the military. If everybody carried a piece they would be more inclined to not shoot as somebody knowing the possible consequences. There will always be death by firearms due to gang warfare and stupidity but it would help if we all had our own. make people think twice. You can compare DirectX versions as generations if you must. 11 being the latest version. The latest gpus which have (from steam surveys)a 55% percent market share compared to DX 8, 9, 10 combined. So being that Crysis 3 is DX11 exclusive, roughly 45% of the market is left out, forcing them to upgrade. Which even though it may suck its good for the industry to further development.

You do realize that consoles great visuals are like a gaming PCs medium setting. So 1080p at medium settings at 60? that's a piece of cake. A 600 dollar PC(if that)and take vsync off and your easily running it at like 100+. On ultra it may struggle a bit cause of the incredible graphics on ultra as well as physics and shadowing and all that good stuff. So to say that expensive PCs struggle on it. yea PCs barely lift a finger
Alienware have nowhere near the amount of influence as valve as there just a subsection of dell. But valve has the pixie dust to pull it off.

you people must have forgot about or may be too young to know.. but xband was back in 94. hook it up to ya genesis or your snes and you was able to play other people via dialup. there are probably some videos out there to look up if interested
The only thing I'm curious about is that cpu.. seems really weak being an ultra low power mobile processor. Hopefully they beef it up a bit idk...I needa see more...its a must buy but gotta see more
