I don't know how I feel about just hacking and slashing their legs without them even reacting to it. All the other combat looked heavy when you hit an enemy, but that looked like you were just swinging through his legs.

But this is also the only gen they have done a "Pro". Console gens usually get a Slim, or other slightly different alterations, but rarely do they do a bigger step up in performance.

At this point They will never catch Sony. They could shrink the gap, but they won't catch Sony. Sony had this Gen planned so perfectly from the beginning, from the announcement, policies, game announcements etc. etc.
Microsoft can only shrink the gap a little if they come out with some really big titles that actually hit hard and not half assed.
2017 they had Cuphead, Forza 7 and PUBG which are solid titles, but hold no candle to big hitters like Nioh, Nier, Horizon, Zelda and Mario. The X helped a bit as well.
This year seems like a decent year for them, but again, no real big heavy hitters. My concern is that they literally have nothing announced for 2019 so either it's gunna be another dead ass year or they have been keeping some things hidden.
I guess we will see at E3.
It's funny looking back at this now and realizing the graphics aren't that great.the difference is in the fluidity of the animations really.
I perused the trophy list and there is no requirement to beat it on the hardest difficulties.
Way more Locke, I want Loadouts and Orbital drops back, I want to be able to run and dive to the ground, I want weapon unlocks and DLC/MT's with power weapons locked behind, I want more thrusting and spartan charge needs more distance. Also I want an AK/47, I want kill streaks like UAV online or orbital strikes, I want small close quarter maps with no vehicles.

More reviews should be the advantage for sure. Im not trying to downplay GoWs success at all. Just stating that UC4 is at 93 and has something like 20 more reviews than GoW, so before we make final statements like this article is, maybe wait until the reviews are all out?

These 3 games have been on the service for 2 months. That's plenty long enough to play all 3 of those. And if you really love one you always have the opportunity to buy the game with 20% off... something not even Netflix offers.
