It's also the exact same system that they were advertising for Xbox 360 back in 2005.
Funny to see them trying to convince people this is a new feature yet again, they're obviously trying real hard to try and keep people paying for Xbox Live Gold even though there's vastly superior services around.
Before you wonder what I'm talking about by the way, look at your reputation on your gamer card, also what 'zone' you're a part of, as ...
MS don't listen to consumers at all, they're a hilariously evil and greedy corporation and paid no attention to the fan outcry to reverse their anti-consumer policies with Xbox One.
They only had a change of heart when they saw how PS4 preorders were utterly dominating the Xbox One, and then panicked and instantly reversed their used game block and pulled the, "We're listening" PR lies to try and look good.
The sooner they exit the gamin...
It's a shame because I was looking forward to Need For Speed Rivals, but if EA are going to be greedy scumbags then they won't see a penny from me.
They've also killed any chances of checking out Battlefield 4 as well, now my eyes are on Killzone and Call of Duty instead :)
A new Katamari game for PS4 would be nice!
Nice, the lady responsible for running Windows into the ground and absolutely zero background in the gaming business is now in charge of the Xbox brand.
This is going to suck for Xbox One fans but oh well.
Shame too, since it's hands-down the best Battlefield game in my opinion. Way more destructibility than BF3, and much better level design, too.
Looks like it's something called 'Into The Nexus' for PS3, made by Insomniac's b-team to try and wrangle some quick and easy money out of their PlayStation fans while the main team works on Sunset Overdrive for Xbox One.
Thanks Insomniac, but no thanks. After the last few terrible Ratchet & Clank games, I won't be wasting any more money on the junk these guys put out. A Crack in Time was a great game, but since then it's just one rushed crapfest af...
I see what you're getting at for sure, but at the same time I don't think a lack of enemy types hurt the Uncharted 3 survival mode, did it? They really only had normal enemies, armored enemies and then the gasmask chokers. They added variety though by giving them all different weapons, which again could work well in TLOU.
So for example you could have the various infected enemies yeah, but also hunters that all use different weapons and some might be heavily armored w...
I find it funny that the article says Xbox Live dominates console multiplayer, yet PS3 has way more people playing games online.
Kinda hard to dominate when your userbase is smaller than the competition :D
A coop horde mode where a team has to survive infinite waves of infected/survivors would be perfect.
They could use all the existing multiplayer maps in the game, and teams would have to move around the maps to scavenge supplies (like in competitive multiplayer) and set traps etc.
See how many waves of AI enemies a team of four people could survive before everybody dies.
Would work perfectly, be easy to implement, keep to the themes of the ga...
You'll still get idiots defending them, though. Honestly, anybody who still supports Microsoft is stupid.
I love how they've hiked up the prices of everything on the marketplace too, while switching to real currency.
How people can ever defend this company when they repeatedly screw their customers over and over is just baffling.
It's hilarious in my opinion.
Ninja Theory gave fans the finger, and fans gave the finger back. Now Ninja Theory is paying the price for their arrogance. Well deserved, I think.
Three of those games aren't exclusive. Whoops?
It's just a shame that the game itself doesn't do a good job of supporting the DLC, isn't it? I was one of the poor fools who dropped cash for the season pass and never get to play on the maps because they never come up for voting.
All we have right now is one playlist for the most recent of the three DLC packs, which last time I checked, only had about 40 people playing it. I can't say I'd recommend that people buy this new DLC and expect to have the oppo...
To be fair to Sony though, they're still putting out great games for PS3 whereas Microsoft has long abandoned the 360.
If Sony did what Microsoft is doing, and cancelling games for PS3 to move to PS4 (like MS moved 360 games to Xbox One to fill out the launch lineup) then it would really be no contest with The Last of Us, Gran Turismo 6 and Beyond Two Souls launching on PS4 along with everything else.
So on that note, I really can't fault Sony for sup...
People Can Fly only did the singleplayer for Gears Judgment, which was actually really enjoyable.
The godawful multiplayer though? That was made my Epic themselves, so it's not on PCF's head that the game was as busted as it is.
I'd be surprised if we saw a new Gears game after how bad Judgment flopped, to be honest, especially since the community has had enough of Epic's nonsense now and have abandoned the franchise.
The Xbox One lineup holds more appeal for me, mainly because of Forza, Titanfall, Killer Instinct and Project Spark.
Still no way I'm touching that console though.
Actually he's right, game developers actually work at Sony and in case you missed it, one of the most respected developers in the industry has been in charge of the design of the PS4 system architecture.
It's the same at Nintendo too, game developers run the show there such as Iwata and Miyamoto.
The only company out of the big three that has suits calling the shots instead of people who make games is Microsoft.
I don't think Infiltrator is a game. It's just a tech demo much like the Samaritan one and the other castle demon one as well. Epic just makes demos that best show off the capabilities of Unreal Engine 4, doesn't mean that they're actual games.
I do hope that they have a new IP in the works though, since they've officially run Gears of War into the ground and killed the franchise with Judgment.
