Actually, that depends on how much work was put in to TLOU development.
The TLOU RM trailer showed us a glimpse of what the remaster version should look like. Personally, I wasn't thrilled by what I saw in the TLOU RM trailer because I felt something was missing. The lighting in TLOU RM seem dull to me.
Hopefully the end result doesn't look like what I say in TLOU RM trailers. If it does..I think a 40 price tag for everyone is good.

Well, There wasn't much team ninja can do with only 8gigs for a massive game like metroid.
The wii U 25gigs disc capacity is more than enough memory space to make the next metroid the way it was meant to be.
But I'm with randomass171, I would like a 2-d metroid in HD first.
If I remember correctly EAD team were handling the next zelda while retro put the finishing touches to DKCTF. I could be wrong though.
Edit: I looked it up..Both Aonuma and Retro are working on Zelda. But Nintendo did say that Retro was working on several projects at the same time.
Its possible that Nintendo are working on something new. But it seem as though Nintendo haven't stepped outside their comfort zone as far as making games.
My guess is I think Nintendo are making games and learning how to make HD games at the same time. Remember, Nintendo admitted that they didn't have HD experience according to IGN/other popular sites.

A 2.5D Metroid game would definitely be a system seller for the wii U. I love super metroid because it was one of the games I've played that had a lot of replay value. I beat SM over a half a dozen times and would love to do it again in HD.

Retro Studios were primarily known for 3-d game development. So, it seem apparent that Nintendo wanted Retro to learn how to make 2-d games. Donkey kong country tropical freeze is definitely a must have game. The level of details in DKC TF were breathtaking for a 2-D game.

I think the order will do very well in my opinion.For one, I don't know anything about neo-Victorian London time period or its history. That alone is more than enough to grab my attention. I like to journey through the unknown. Personally, I wish more games could be like 1886 and Take chances to bring us something different for a change.

I wonder if the SPE are used to enhance the video quality in the PS4. Originally, SPE were deigned for Video purposes in the past. However, that doesn't mean it can't be used for other things. That why the ps3 had to used 7 enabled SPEs to complete with MSs 360 hardware.
SPE are universal. It can be used for many things. It'd be interesting to see what Sony can do with SPE centric functionality/software design.

Sucker punch did an awesome job making textures for SS.
Not only did Sucker punch focused on the big stuff, they focused on the small stuff as well. Like the fire hydrate, barricades, etc.
I've used 3d application like maya/3d max in the past and believe me making textures like SS is hard.
I need more data about the PS4 specification because we don't entirely know what those CU are used for.
For all we know 4 CU could be used for audio, and the remaining cu for rendering. Its possible to use 18 CU for rendering. I need more info.
The PS4's CPU was build using the 28nm process so theoretically its possible to over clock the ps4's cpu to least 5-10% more.
Plus the ps4's cpu transistors are structured in 3d, not 2d like older CPU. That said, the heat sink the rest on top of the ps4's CPU would do a much better job absorbing & dissipating the heat because its using the tri gate set up/ technology.

People are forgetting that value aren't only based on what an item is worth. But the time it's being released. TLOU remaster are going to compete with lost of other games. Hopefully people feel the same way after E3.
