whats wrong with 25gb is its not enough memory disc space for a massive game like Zelda. This is not The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Its has very low poly, short/simple orchestrated background music, simple textures, basic colors, barely any voice acting.

Zelda are Nintendo most ambitious project yet according to Nintendo. It will be in HD.
Though, Zelda U may not require 2 full wii U disc which is about 50gb. But putting Zelda U on one wii U disc is not going to ...

what you fail to realize Nintendo normally used simple textures to make their games in the past.

HD graphics/textures requires more memory disc space. In case you didn't know most games data are huge because textures normally take up 40-50% of memory space in a single game.

Zelda U needs to be on 2 wii U disc if Nintendo want to go with HD visual.

I want Zelda wii U to take up at least two wii U disc space.

2 wii U disc = 50gigs

Dang, another game pushed back. I don't know about you guys but I don't like the fact that almost every game are pushed back. I know they're polishing up their game to make it better which is fine. But its to the point where I don't have much games to play on my PS4. after infamous I have nothing to play. we get more indies game than AAA games. it should be the other way around.

@Consoleslateagain

First of all,I believe Sony got in to the VR business because the oculus was doing well. Plus, I'm pretty sure Sony did some research on how people felt about the oculus.
And, Those who've already brought/tried the oculus dev kit say it's good. Young and old.

That alone is enough of a reason to say there a market for VR.
But on the flip side, People reject things they don't fully understand. now Don't get...

I agree, People will get used to the motion sickness and it will go away.

So hopefully Sony/FB can minimize the motion sickness. I Can't wait to try it out for myself instead of jumping to conclusion.

@Ares84HU

I'm not going to get too technical. But VR are not the same as wearing 3d glasses at the movies.

Our eyes are very depended on light to see. 3d Glasses block some of the light and most viewers won't experience the movie to the fullest.

In VR world the screen are directly in front of your eyes, with out any lost of light. The gray tint from 3d glasses alone are annoying.

I don't agree because any wearable device will feel uncomfortable at first, but you eventually get use to it after a while.

I remember when I first put a Bluetooth ear piece in my ear. It felt uncomfortable at first. but I got use it didn't hurt anymore ,and now I wear it all the time with out any discomfort.

EDIT:
Don't let the size of the oculus fool you...there not much component inside the VR casing. So it w...

I think patcher is right to some degree. The motion sickness alone can make or break VR. Plus I think most devs(like EA) will wait to see if VR is successful or not before investing their money in to it.

Of course SS's art style was cartoony. It worked well in SS in my opinion. choosing an art style for a game is just as important as the game itself.
Beside, It's the only way the artist/dev are going to get their message across to the Player.
Personally, I don't think a realistic art style for SS would've been as effective as the cartoony art style.

Oh, and you think difference between the machines are minimal. LOL

minimal? I&#...

I have a rule that I follow.

When two or more people say the same thing, there's got to be some truth it.

a few devs have already said it was hard to get the x1 run at 1080p.

So until DX12 comes out and get tested by devs the res issue isn't going to change.

Yes, Its good to see that both MS/SONY are making improvement to their tech.

Though, 6gb worth of textures plus the 5gb in the ddr3 Ram sound wonderful. Hopefully we'd get to see a demonstration from MS.

Agreed, X1 was designed with Tiled Resources or Tiled Streaming in mind with the addition of the ESRAM Buffer.

But not at the degree MS wanted it to. Adding the ESRAM after the x1's design were completed was a big mistake.

It happened to the Ps3 when they added 7 SPE chips after they saw the 360 specification.

It happened to Sega Saturn when they added a 3D chip after the Saturn design was completed.

Its a proven fact th...

what sucker punch achieved with SS was genius.

And soon, Other Devs will take notice of how SP used the Ps4 RAM for virtual memory. Data that was suppose to reside on the HD was stored on the PS4's ram instead to get better results. who knows they may even take it another step further using this technique.

That's another advantage the PS4 has over the x1 hardware.Of course MS can do the same thing but it wouldn't be on the same level of permanence...

Sounds good. But I don't want to see a trailer of gears with barely any game play footage.

Hell, I don't want to see any game at E3 with very little game play footage.
