My PC as it is now wouldnt even play it on low. Also I somehow doubt my laptop could play it either. But eventhough it isnt coming out on PS3 at least they are thinking of all the newcomers and will give us a way to know what happended.
The new/old redesign looks the best. He may not look exactly like he did from the first but you can tell it is because the upgraded graphics engine just looks so much better. I never had an issue with the first look SP came up with for inFamous 2 but to be fair having the old Cole back will help people make an easier transition from the first game.
This will be a day one buy for me just like the first one was. I hope we get a demo sometime before the game comes out though. I just really want to be able to get my hands on some of those new abilities before the full game is done.
That was actually a pretty well thought out article. It pointed out quite a few games where they are part of a larger franchise but you dont need to have played the others to enjoy it. I know I will be buying MAss Effect 2 with never having played ME1 and I know Ill enjoy it too.
I think it will do very well on the PS3. The user base has expanded a lot over the years hence the whole reason why they are making it for the PS3. I know I plan on buying a copy and I have yet to play the first or second. Ive thought about buying the first but Id have to upgrade multiple components on my PC to do so and no way would my laptop run it. I also wont buy a 360 just for a couple of games so with this news I can finally play a game Ive wanted since it came out.

This is some good news. granted Id much rather also get the first Mass Effect and play through it on the PS3, but seeing as they will have some way for people to understand what happended before and get into the series Im really pumped for ME2.
I plan on getting a new TV this fall. Later on Ill buy the sensor bar and some glasses for it. So I do hope R3 has 3d support.
I do hope for both on one Blu Ray disc. I know Bioware could make it happen and even give ME upgraded graphics and some new gameplay elements. If they did it right that stuff combined with a name change could make it almost an entirely different game.
I was really hoping that you would have the option to use it in DS2. I already planned on getting Move for the many games they have announced already. Of course getting Dead Space Extraction with DS2 was a huge plus for Move anyway.
Great news from Insomniac. We get both a new R&C game as well as Resistance 3. Im so glad they went to a two studio format now.

I think the bonus will be Mass Effect retitled and included on a single Blu ray disc for the PS3. The rumor yesterday that most people were saying wasnt True mentioned a game called Mass Effect: Genesis. That could very well be the first in the series retitled much like how Ninja Gaiden 1 and 2 got retitled with Sigma added on.
I hope this is true. Mass Effect is one game Iva always wanted to play but I cant really sit in front of my PC long enough to play games on it anymore and I wont buy a 360 just for the series. Id buy this on day one and be right there for the 3rd as well if this turns out true.
Back when MAG first came out all I ever did was Snipe. I used to be really effective not only at taking out multiple enemies but also at calling out enemy positions and movement. Also if my team was having a hard time with a sniper on the other side I would move my position to take out the other sniper. I always supported my team and in some instances did so well that the other team would send 5-6 people just to try to take me out. That really left there side at a disadvantage in modes like S...
Unfortunately they did stall it. But I think they did that because they didnt want to put out games that limited a gamers interaction. I think more because of their own experience with the Eyetoy and Eye they saw it needed something more so they prototyped Move. Now we see them making a big push behind it utilizing the Eye and actually giving us games for it that will have mass market appeal.
That news came out last month that later this fall their will be an update for the PS3 version. Soon we will be able to access netflix without a disc. I expect it will work similar to how it works on the TVs that have netflix access.
I just wish we didnt have to wait until the fall of next year for this game to come out. I loved the first and Im definitely going to be buying Arkham City on Day one. Pics look great. I want to see the double counter done in a gameplay vid soon though.
He will probably either be Two Face or Black Mask. I cant wait to find out for sure who he will be voicing and I definitely cant wait for the game to come out.
There is nothing wrong with the new voice actor. Granted he isnt as gruff as the first guy but to me he sounds a lot more natural now. Dont expect them to change every single bit of dialog they have in the game though. Changing the look of the character is a lot cheaper than bringing someone in to re record all that dialog.
