Kind of a misleading title. Everyone knows that the first-adopters are the first to experience the pains that come with new technologies, that includes games. But I've never had an issue with any of these things personally. If I want a game bad enough, I'm going to get it day one.
That's kind of what I was thinking, but there's nothing wrong with asking another gamer for help. The fact that it's her husband should be an obvious choice.

But getting angry at online gaming discrimination is a moot point. I don't play online games all that often due to that fact. I do wish there was something that showed up on a gamertag that let people know the person had been reported a certain number of times for being a douche. Like a scarlet D.
IDK, the Iron Sheik makes a good point - there's 'an Xbox site's view' right in the title. If the site covers other platforms, might want to change that.

I'm a firm believer in the concept of believe what you want, but as soon as you start to insult other people for what they believe in, you become a massive dickhead, and therefore negate everything remotely intelligent that you've already said.
I find it a little offensive that devs feel the only reason we think that there's a similaritiy is the 'ology' suffix, when there are clearly much bigger similarities than that.
Honestly? What to people expect? Games' (like it or not ladies) primary audience are males that like to see hot women.
Why do you think you don't see many homosexuals in games? The target audience, or people who would find that the main character is relatable, is too small. This would be like attacking the porn industry for its unrealistic portrayal of women (or pizza guys). You have to accept these things if you're ever to enjoy the medium.

A short(er) game is better than a longer game with cheap game lengthening tactics. That being said, I want some damned value for my buck - the industry insists that I buy new to support developers, I don't want to spend a quarter of my paycheque on a game that's only going to last a few hours, re-playability factored in or not.

It's clear the woman likes games, sure but the way she talks/writes about them relates to a 40 year old man trying to hang around with his teenage son and his friends. And much like that dad, she's just pretending.

I honestly don't feel why you would be compelled to play it without the Playstation move. Kind of a proof of concept that you could do it, I guess.
The only issue with that being people who don't have constant access to Internet.

The entire concept of a review is a subjective opinion of a piece of work. A review of a game with no personal opinion would be just a summary of the game and how the controls work. That's not a very interesting review, is it?
