And unless you're willing to share it then whether you know or not doesn't matter.
I will say the same thing I said the last time this tool opened his mouth.
Hey Cliffy? Go look up the word "pretentious"
Peoples willingness to accept the excuse of "Its an MMO so problems at launch are expected" never ceases to amaze me.
And "incoming patch" doesn't excuse them either.
As long as you're standing around going "Its the first week" and "they will patch it", you are basically telling MMO producers 'go ahead, release it now and actually fix it later... players will put up with this'
Stop it....
Yet another severely botched MMO launch?
Well... This is Trion we're talking about...
Not create slide shows on websites would be number 7.
"- Years before the previous two games"
What? No. Arkham City set up a bunch of stuff and rather than finish up the series in style we're apparently going to milk this franchise longer by making a prequel rather than finish what we started.
The rest of it makes it almost look like a series of excuses as to why they're doing it beyond "If we finish this series we can't make more money off it".
I'm just concerned about the feel and atmosphere being like the old games.
Garret works around his problems. He knows what he is and how best to accomplish what he wants to do.
Stealing was always a way of life for Garret. That's nothing new.
With a year head start and some monumentally bad mistakes from Sony this gen, 360 still got outsold. If Sony learned from their mistakes with the PS3, and indications are that they have, I don't think they're too concerned.
I wonder what % of N4G readers played this game...
When it was new.
Yeah I'm old.
Well if you have a winning formula...
The only thing they learned from SimCity was that people will buy terrible, stripped down games that are buggy as all hell... in addition to being screwed up with DRM nonsense.
Do you think EA looked at this debacle, particular the DRM, and said 'We shouldn't do that again'?
Nintendo and Sega both were basically jerks back in the day. Believe me, companies that had worked with Nintendo closely were not surprised when Nintendo ran behind Sony's back like that.
Nintendo being Nintendo was the best thing that ever happened to the gaming industry. As the game developers put it 'Sony was first company we wanted to work with...' Rather than put stupid restrictions on them, Sony said 'do what you want'
Beyond Good and Evil would be pretty much the epitome of 'fantastic game that nobody bought' and you could probably pin that on the fact that it had a female lead.
These publishers are not crazy you know. They know their market.
They're trying to tap in to that Facebook market so bad.
Only if its given a complete overhaul.
Shenmue is a game that has not aged well. Can have the same story and such but modernization of game play and particularly the fighting will probably be needed.
Their portable market is more than enough to carry them through if the Wii U doesn't deliver the gold.
Basically summed up as "waaah, I have to have death match in everything! Real gamers play death match games! Why can't this be a death match game!?"
Character popularity polls in Japan are well known for being thrown off by anti-fans who vote up characters that are not actually all that popular.
Karin is not that popular. She was never that popular.
I don't mind the whole moral choice system.
I mind that it's always either good guy or being a prick about it. At least be creative about it.
