I'm laughing at this quite a bit to be honest. Look at all the PS3 fanboys and genuine gamers (there's a few out there) up in arms about this. I pay for Live because I choose to, because it has the games I want (when PS3 gets Halo and Gears, then we can talk), it's where my friends are and I like how well everything is integrated together throughout the menus, friends list and chat functions. They also have a lot of features and I for one might use the ESPN function quite a bit...
But the restaurant I go to is the only place that has that dish and while I could get other dishes for cheaper at your restaurant, I can't get my dish that I want.
That dish being Halo: Reach. While I'm paying for my Halo: Reach dish, this restaurant offers all the other dishes for free. So in reality, it's not that expensive per dish to eat there every time.

I played and loved Lost Odyssey, Dragon Age, ME and FF13. I wasn't a huge fan of Elder Scrolls (never have been) but I could see why it's on the list...it certainly is an expansive game
haha, I'm with ya...I'll just pay my 60 bucks and feel like a thief with the amount of features and content.
Whether you like Halo or not, I think it's difficult to deny how many gamemodes, features and longevity this game can hold
they aren't branded a sony fanboy but generally in my experiences people who talk about insecurities = pathetic stuff, they end up needlessly hating on Halo.
I could care less if you share my tastes...I don't expect everyone to love it but there's discussing a game and attacking a game by mentioning insecurities about the people who enjoy said game.
My question is if you don't enjoy the game, then why might you be present in a post about said ...

It doesn't matter...2 of the halo games were made by a different developer. Games are games regardless of where they're made...even if you include Halo on PC that's 8 in 10 years....

Well first off, why do you care whether people enjoy Halo? There not enough games on your precious PS3 to play? Obviously not since you have to come on a Halo article and type that drivel.

1) It's got an overarching story and has probably one of the best stories in an FPS I've ever played (haven't played KZ2 mind you) as far as deepness and actually making me care what happ...

From someone who has played both franchises in UC2 and Halo 3 (and the older games) I can say this. I have more fun with Halo. I had Uncharted 2...the single player was great but the multi just didn't seem deep enough to me. I stopped playing it about 2-3 weeks after I got it.
Now, Halo 3 I'm still playing 3 years after release. Everyone likes different things. UC2 is a good game but to me, Halo is more varied with things like Rocket Ra...
Actually it's just fine. I don't have to play online with my friends...I could play on PS3 and do that just fine. In fact one of my friends games on PS3 instead of Xbox and he's still got a social life and a gaming life.
I have a choice....there's always a choice except for things like taxes and all that (but even then, you can choose to go to jail and not pay). So face it bro, a generally PS3 pro site is bashing MS for something that we don't even know...
