I don't think the PC version hits those specs. My system is a beast and constantly has problems with this game.
And I think a lot of people are going to be disappointed at the cost of this free to play. Just outfitting 2 classes and a vehicle and you can buy two other games.
It's the only game that spins up all my fans to max and hits over 55C on my system. If they can get it to even work on PS4 I'll be impressed.

No, you are correct. These type "surround" systems simulate the rear channels by echo essentially. It can never work as true surround since your ears detect direction.
FYI, satellites and a base cannot recreate a full sound field either so look into that before heading to a Bose store.

I've run it 10x and only need mittens now but there are a couple on my teams that STILL haven't gotten armor. Not sure if it has anything to do with it, but the fireteam leader hit on all armor in 3 weeks on both teams.

be careful with the kontrol freaks. They have a tendency to chew up the soft thumbstick material where they snap on. They've ruined a couple of my 360 controllers.
They were way too high for me on the ds4 tho but to each his own.
Yeah, it gets a lot easier. My team has it down to about an hour now. I'm the only one who grabbed any gear so far and it was the boots once.
There is a cheap way to beat Atheon. You run to the back platform and grenade him off the ledge. But we died more trying that than just taking him out normal

They have a responsibility to shareholders and/or investors. Plus those established IPs have value in themselves. They're trademarked, copyrighted, protected because they have worth. I don't think this guy thinks about business at all.

Retailers don't get a very big cut at all. 3-5%. That's why they push used games so hard. They get 100% of the sale.
Hard copy games are sold in a distribution model to the retailers. Every store in the country who sells games buys them from one of (2 or 3) distribution companies. For the $59 PS4 game you buy, the store paid $55 for it. This is how they control the price.
Look at the cost of outfitting just one character class. It's not really free. Sure you can literally play it, but you're spending 30-40 minutes running to a battle only to get smashed by someone with a better gun, then start all over again. I guess that's technically "playing".
