I would love for MS to show me SOMETHING else about Natal to tell us that they actually have some faith in their product that they shove down our throats.

There's a problem with your list: at least TWO (maybe three) of the games you listed are from third parties and have the "will it come to the PS3 in the future?" question tagged onto them.

It could be anything, though. The NFL was the one that decided to go exclusive with EA with the license, like they decided to go with DirecTV for their Sunday Ticket exclusivity (something ELSE that could come into play from this ruling). There's a LOT of things that could be at issue because of this.
And don't think that it can't happen. Even if this was just for the apparel (and I don't think it's not limited to that), it opened the floodgates.
I don't think it'll be as easy now for SE to do anything like that to Versus, but I reserve that this IS SE we're talking about. Wada would slit his mother's throat for a nickel if MS offered it to him.
And this just ensures us that the Sony exclusives that Insomniac has given them will STAY that way. I think that's what he means by "no shoulder tap".
Let's see them bring them up NOW when Gabe Newell says something stupid about the PS3 to defend Valve. They can't anymore now that this happened, can they?
I don't think this will matter that much. Insomniac are good devs that will benefit from working on both platforms. As long as Microsoft doesn't try to get Insomniac to "control" the IPs like R&C and Resistance (since we all KNOW how MS has been this gen), then things will be fine.
About the Dualshock 3 controller.
The Sony controller (PS1, 2, and 3) have been the same design for more than 10 YEARS now (all they changed were the pushing down of the analog sticks for two additional buttons). Why we're just NOW bitching about it is beyond me.

The TV show is crap now, and the reason why it went to crap was because there was no character development at all, despite clues that there would be at SOME point. They kept forgetting what the hell they did with the characters in one episode, and acted like it never happened in the next. They were being stand alone with the episodes when they had to be serial with it.
