While netflix is quality is not as good as Blu Ray but I was suprised how good netflixed looked on my 92" screen(got an HD projector.. Their movie selections aren't all the great yet but their TV selections are great. You also get really good old movies like all 3 of the Back to The Futures which i love! All 3 lord of the rings are on their now too with the extended versions...
Finally PS3 fans can actually play games on their GAME CONSOLE!
But can you do that when your not in home and playing an actual game? Or do you have to be in home to be able to do that? Completely different. You are not able to cross game chat, cross game invites, crossgame party chat on PSN. But if you don't need all that stuff then PSN is great..
umm no. how can a $100 price drop for a product that's being out for 3 years be a desperation price drop.. If that was desperation then what what does a $100 price drop after 6 months in the market?

Why do PS3 fans keep ignoring the fact that Sony did a DESPERATION PRICE DROP in 2007? Sony did do a price drop already after only 6 months in the market in N. America and 3 months in Europe. And you guys call M$ price drop of $100 in a 3 year span desperate...

Why dispute it when your getting killed by Nintendo and M$ is selling as much as you.. When last gen you were killing both of them combined by outselling them 5 to 1 with the PS2... PS3 is obviously not going to come in first anymore or the 360 its just a battle for second now.

I played a alot of the origina Ghost Recon on Xbox. Loved siege on embassy! Played that a lot! Even bought Island thunder so I consider mysef a big fan of that game. I bought GRAW and just couldn't get into it. Maybe i didn't give it too much or what. But is there still a lot of people playing GRAW 2?

That's good Sony is stepping out the plate on this problem which has been the most frequently reported problem out there for the PS3. When the PS2 had this problem(which mine and my cousin did) they didn't do squat! Both SOny and M$ have taken care of their customers in providing better warranties for their consoles.
First off please do not misled the few who go on here and are not too inform! PSN does not offer dedicated servers for all their games. Most if not all third party games like GTA IV, COD4&5, MGSIV pretty much any game that SOny does not publish is all P2P servers! No third party games have any dedicated servers! Think he is talking about his REAL friends.. Friends he hangs out with on a regular basis and not just INTERNET friends! That's the same reason I kept my 360 over buying a PS3. I have about 10 friends and 5 cousins who has XBL and play with me regularly. Its an excellent way to stay in touch and hang out....
The hype of this game is reminding me a lot of LBP, Resistance2, MS2 hype and look at how much those games sold. You can't really compare LBP to KZ2 but you can compare Resistance 2 to KZ2. Both games are FPS and the fact that R2 couldn't keep up in sales to Gears2 then i'm not expecting much for KZ2.. Its a fact that the 360s fanbase is made up mostly of shooters. While PS3 owners are half movie buffs and half gamers... Also the first KZ never sold well on the PS2 and doesn't have a fairly b...
I never really understood why M$ just didn't get rid of the arcade unit but its really making sense now. The arcade makes it cheaper for people who has launch consoles or older chipsets to upgrade it. Since most have the Pro model people can just buy the arcade unit and hook up their old hard drive to it. Unless somebody wants a 60gb harddrive or 120 gb the arcade will be perfect for them.
