I know it's not the traditional Metal Gear, but I think if they put the respect and care the game deserves into it, then it may be pretty decent.
Sony's E3 showing was really disappointing, even with all the exclusives and stuff it honestly boring only die hard Sony fans seem to disagree. I'm a fan of all things gaming but beyond God of War gameplay I was left feeling really underwhelmed.
I believe Nintendo had the best conference this year along with Ubisoft, but I think it may have to do with time of the day it's all shown, it seems like the shows that were shown earlier in the day or noon seemed to gai...
Not really. Same could be said for Sony.
I agree
It sounds like an excuse to stop fans from getting discouraged.
"You guys" What's with all this division? We're all game enthusiast, so the need to divide one another based on console seems really pointless.
Sure they did.
So much salt, is it that hard to drive credit where it's due? Nintendo won and Sony faltered end of story. This sight is infested with Sony fanboys, you can see by any positive comment about Nintendo being downvoted.
I miss when you guys used to put effort into your comments. Outside of smug fanboyism...
Oh wait...you never did.
I don't think Nintendo get a free pass. I feel like Microsoft got heat for their over pricing of the Xbox One X but overall they had a solid showing at E3 with tons of games.
Sony on the other hand didn't even present their trailers they just outright kept throwing it at us without any kind of anticipation build up or anything, they seem to have forgotten that people go to the conferences for a show, not just a montage of gameplay with no context to it.
Absolutely, Nintendo AND Ubisoft came though with the games this year, proving that quality and good gameplay will always trump scripted trailer and power.
Nintendo won E3 for me.
Nintendo > Ubisoft > Devolver > MS > Sony > Bethesda > EA
You're right, i messed up the numbers.
It's good to see the companies focused on something more than just "EXCLUSIVES" which has become a bit of a buzzword nowadays.
Wrong, after Sony's weak E3 showing, MS is more than prime to overtake Sony.
Xbox one X is a luxury console, it's not meant for people who are trying to save money, it's for people who are willing to spend the cash to get the power, and don't want to deal with potential issues they may arise when working with a PC. It's more powerful than the PS4 pro out the gate and can run native 4K games without breaking a sweat.
I think MS releasing the Xbox one X this year was a great idea honestly, they allowed everyone to get hype and increase...
I could say the same for Sony with their press conference, legitimately one dude showing a montage of games and scripted trailers, and zero hype from the crowd, say what you will about MS but at least the announced some great support for their platform both old and new and even opened up one of their most successful games to players of other platforms.
Meanwhile Sony is sitting here having audio issues on twitch, showing off a bunch of games we've seen, their biggest ga...
The Xbox one X has 6 extra more gigs of ram to work with, than Pro does, so Sony dropped the ball on the tech front.
How are they biased when the site is literally a Playstation based site? If anything they're taking a critical look at Sony beyond just "OH EXCLUSIVES!"
Your complaints over people having to sign into an XBOX live account to use a minecraft are petty, it's not even a paid account so MS is not really making any money off of it, and it's nothing more than just signing into the account so you can play.
When this @nugget27 brought up a fair point suddenly you can't bring comment on it. It seems like MS requires you to sign into a Microsoft account because it's their IP and I'm going to assume it will allow y...
