Indie devs are some of the most innovative devs this generation, they do so much with humble budgets.

I'm a Nintendo fan though thick and thin, i've bought all of their consoles with the exceptions to the revisions already own, but this dumb belief that Nintendo fans would just buy anything Nintendo based is b.s. You can say we have low standards but the only thing Nintendo has been lacking on is third party, and power, both which don't seem to be an issue when they release amazing third party titles that run smoother than games on stronger platforms.

Difference is Switch is profitable and Activision loves money, so we'll probably see this version supported more than we saw the Wii U games supported.
I'll hold Nintendo to the same standards as I do with every other gaming company, when they do right i'll give them my money, and when they don't I won't. Nintendo is a great company, but they aren't immune to making foolish decisions.
That said it's good to see them getting back on track and finally finding a place in the home of gamers.
@thekhurg Indie or not, he's entitled to his opinion, just because someone doesn't have a multi million dollar budget doesn't make their input any less valuable, plus he's made good games to back it up.

I think cross play is something everybody wants though, it wouldn't hurt any one in any kind of way.
Just because something isn't a big deal to you doesn't mean it's not to someone else.
Why are you trying so hard to defend Sony's poor decision? You're making it about PSN vs XBOX issue when the reality is that it's about pushing multiplayer gaming forward. They literally showed a Switch console on their press conference which probably helped Nintendo more then it helped them, but the whole point is to benefit the gamer.
