What dynamic framebuffer does is the following: it changes image resolution on the fly, based on performance analysis.
For example, let's say Xbox One runs the game at 900p@30FPS. Suddenly the scene becomes too complex for 30 FPS to be mantained. Instead of dropping FPS, the game drops the resolution to 720p in order to mantain performance target of 30 FPS. When things "get back to normal", game goes back to 900p.

X720 will probably feature no BC. You are obviously unaware that X360 has a PowerPC CPU and that X720 will sport x86-64 CPU. Emulating PPC on x86 would be a pain in the ass (it's quite possible but due to specific X360 architecture, (eDRAM with its 256 GB/s bandwidth comes to mind) it's also quite complicated - if it was easy, there would be a fully working X360 emulator for PC), unless of course Microsoft plans to include X360 SoC in X720 which will effectively...

The game is not fixed. Today I tried a few rounds of TDM and I experienced rubberbanding so bad that I couldn't move from a single spot for 30 seconds.
I used to get that only on Conquest but it seems that other modes got "infected" as well.
This game will never be 100% fixed. Before buying BF5 I'll make sure I read every major review and forum discussion out there. If there is even a hint of technical issues, no way I'm getting the game...
