One of the best games ever made.
I couldn't get on with Clear Sky, they messed things up with that one. The concept was interesting, the execution was bad.
This looks much better, back to how Stalker should be, scary as hell.
This game looks excellent, I can't wait to play it.
The first one was great but it got a bit samey after a while, hoping that changes with this one. Does look good.
I'll enjoy PS3 gaming when I buy one for next to nothing, as I do all the consoles I buy. I never buy a console until I can get it for a good price.

Ok, try the Gameboy or the DS, they are still handheld consoles. Try the Wii as well in a few years time, the PS2 has quite a head start.

The Wii doesn't need a redesign. It's perfect. Look at the competition trying to pinch it's ideas. If anything the competition is redesigning itself to compete.
Yes Windows 7 is great, you might run into a few hiccups but it's worth it.
PS.If you're a gamer you might want to dual boot, just saying like...

Kushan, it's a problem with Win7 and also Vista, obviously as Win7 is the bulk of Vista with the crap taken out. And it has taken a lot of the crap out, but not enough. It wasn't just Stalker though.
When it's reliable enough I'll return to it, but it's not my perfect upgrade at the moment.
EDIT:For the record Stalker works fine with me on XP, full settings on and runs lovely.

I thought Windows 7 was The Bees Knees at first mate, but the reality kicked in after I tried to do other things. You'll know what I mean when it doesn't do something you would normally do with ease.
Depends what Windows you've come from I suppose. But I tried playing Stalker on it, and it was terrible to play. Lot of other people have the same problem. I'm having to dual boot now.
Windows 7 needs a lot of sorting out, half the stuff that worked in XP doesn't work in Vista/Windows 7.
There's a reason people stick with XP, it works.
Let's hope it's a return to form after Castlevania Judgment.
