Looking at the comments here, I hope when I get a PS3 it doesn't have the effect of turning me into fanboy scum.
I enjoyed playing DeadSpace on my PC which looked far better than the console versions. But that won't stop me playing this game because - and this may shock you - it looks like it will be fun to play.
I'll be getting this, I'm treating myself to a PS3 at Xmas :)
I agree, I love on rail shooters. Alway's good to play with someone else as well.

I reckon all you PS3 owners should sign a petition to get rid of the BBC. That'll show 'em. Yeah.
And yet on the other hand it's one of the most atmospheric and accomplished shooters ever made. And while the character textures aren't the greatest it is a very detailed game with some of the best lighting i've ever seen.
Sony threaten the BBC with a lawsuit and the BBC laughs and shows it anyway. I find that amusing.

@cgoodno - And you can vouch for that? That is what they are going to get? Every developer with a game out now will get that deal?
What about in 2 years time, will the developer get that much then?
Don't you fanboys worry about the company that others copy. They'll be just fine. I'm sure they're working on something else that will be copied by other companies in the future.
