I'm gonna have to go with the general opinion here, UC2 has to win it. I didn't get sucked into the hype and the reviews, and although I really enjoyed the first game I needed to see what it was like for myself.

My favourite games are the ones where my actions dictate the storyline. To a certain degree the KOTOR games made progress in that respect, ME not so much.
I love games where I can be the bad guy (or good guy) and change the plot respectively. I prefer games where your actions on the whole decide the way the story plays out.
At the moment it's limited, but it's a way I'd like games to move to.
