Why would you need to have the same weapon as your friend? And I'm sure there will be a load of badass guns to get, that's the whole point of the system, you will find yourself having unique guns to use.

The thing is, this is a site for gamers. So an article on Linux, which you quite rightly state is of no use for games, has no real place here.
It's an irrelevent article on a site like this, it serves no real purpose. And even on a non-gaming front I'm not too impressed on the articles 10 things to do.
All your reasons for using Linux I can do already. I have no problem using the internet,emailing,dealing with video and audio files or whatever else you feel Windows ...

I really enjoyed it, thought it was a great game. My only critism would be that it wasn't as scary as it should be, but apart from that it's a worthy addition to the RE series.
