If so, then it means there will be no bc. Just hope the downloadable Wii U and virtual console games will work on the NX. No cross-buy (or very few) and having to rebuy all the virtual console games I had on the Wii to play on the Wii U is freaking ridiculous.
Exactly what I'm going to do next gen. I'm not buying consoles near release anymore if they're to release better versions a few years after.
Don't blame Sony for the lack of creativity of devs. The touchpad is pretty awesome when utilized correctly. Thing is, no one want to risk anything. I use my DS4 to play on my computer and the touchpad makes it the best PC controller as it can be used to control the cursor.
Bad Company 2 was a BF game and it felt awesome and different.
Their games are horribly optimized on PC. They don't give a crap about PC gamers. They obviously only pushing PC gaming to push Windows 10 faster onto gamers. They better make their exclusives damn attractive for me to even consider supporting their console and OS.

Buying a game for the same price and having the lesser experience with absolutely no option to change anything, to customize how I'd like to play it is ridiculous. We all know devs are going to push graphics on both versions so their game look as good as possible. Performance is not their number one priority. Probably a few...

That's the thing, except from first party titles, Nintendo have nothing. That's the main reeason why specs should matter to them if they want more third party titles.

Exactly this. Same for me. People don't realize that the games will perform and look like crap on the original, so yea, an upgrade will be pretty much necessary for owners of the original. This is totally the opposite of offering choice, it's literally forcing early adopters to buy a better version of the same console if they want an enjoyable experience.
