Well it won't be any higher resolution or fps. It's the same exact experience. If anything, depending on your connection, it could be lower.
But people need to stop being such fucking resolution and fps whore. I think PS Now is a great thing for people who wants to experience PS exclusives without buying a console.

Remasters aren't on the same operating systems than the originals... It's exactly the same thing as porting a game to a different platform, but they update the graphics and sometimes the engine. It's actually way more work. Unless it's the PC version, but even still they need to fix all W10 related bugs.

I do think what he said was supposed to be in-game, but as developing a video game is not as easy as making up a D&D story, he probably had to remove a few things. It happens to even triple A studios. Just look at reveal gameplay trailer compared to the finished product of every game and most of the time they won't look alike.
