Are you serious? Compare CoD4 and Black Ops 3 and you'll see close to no difference in the way the game feels. Compare Morrowind and Fallout 4 (or Skyrim) and the difference is day and night.
If you think developers make a new engine for every new game they make you're living in a dream world. I don't think you have any idea how starting an new engine from scratch is hard work.
It's your problem if you don't like Fallout 4's graphics....

Well it seems that when you lock the fps at 30 (either in-game or with a external software) it makes the game stutter and doesn't give you a smooth experience. I tried that with Fallout 3, The Witcher 3, GTA V and Skyrim. The only way for me to play those games in 30fps on PC and have a smooth frame rate is the actually set the refresh rate of my monitor (or PC) to 30hz, which gives a huge input lag to every game.
Couldn't find a single fix for that issue. Some people...
How hard is it to say "we'll look into that and try our best to fix those issues"? This makes me worry that they won't do much to try to fix those fps issues, which are real and annoying to say the least.
I'm a man, and the PC port is making me violent.

My point is PC doesn't always equal good fps.
And those screenshots do look amazing, but unfortunately, a lot of people with good systems can't run it properly.
By the way, I game on PS4 and PC. I'm just not a "PC MASTER RACE" arrogant.

It's actually amazing. Here in Canada every games are 80$ and if you buy them physical, they'll cost you almost 100$ with the taxes. But Black Ops 3 on PC is 46$ Cad.

Well according the Steam reviews, this game doesn't run good at all on PC.
Really insulting for PC gamers, and the worst thing, is that they kept claiming that it was going to be the best PC game in Treyarch history.
