I'm amazed that a professional would take the time to seriously write this. The X1 and PS4 have accomplished 50% of the WiiU's first year sells in less than 4 weeks each. This guy can't be serious.
I have to agree with this writer. The game should be $30-$40 tops.
It would be no different from smart phones, TVs, or PCs. The people will buy it just because it's the latest. I would have no issue just a long a it's a huge leap technologically.

If MS really is waiting until 3Q14 to release in those markets mentioned then yes they will get creamed because Sony would have an almost 1 year head start. Also some of Sony's exclusives would be well out by late next year.
