VR is in the pioneering stage right now. Have you ever seen the movie "Player One"? Well I can see VR as that in the future, maybe not quite to that extent but mainstream non the less.
The point is that companies involved in the pioneering of VR, will be the ones involved in the online infrastructure and reap the rewards of VR.
It's probably going to take 10 or 20 years before VR is mainstream, but it will happen, it's inevitable.

I don't know any about the Wii, but everything I have ever bought threw psn has always been there no matter if the license has expired or not.

I keep hearing things like " they will take your digital copy away".
Why would they do that? I have been buying digital ever since you could buy digital, and I have never had a single game taken away buy any publisher or dev.
In fact even the games that the license expired I can still redownload.
So what games on console have ever been blocked by a publisher on console, other than obviously online only?

I also booked Friday off, games pre-downloaded and ready to go.
I doubt there would have been any mid Gen upgrades without psvr, I don't think it's a coincidence that they released around the same time.
Well I have RDR2 predownloaded, it would be sweet if it unlocked early but the clock says for Friday 12:00am est
Maybe they just want to see how the game sells. No publisher wants to over project stock if it doesn't sell as well as expected.
You may be right about wanting to sell more digital copies, but even if that's true I doubt that is the only reason for this.

I'm taking my Mrs. as well as my son's with me in RDR2 universe, obviously not in single player but when online comes out.
We already play Ark and Gta5 together.
That only happens when you game share because your profile is primary on your friends console and they are primary on yours.
If your console was your primary it wouldn't matter if you had an online connection, you would still be able to play your games.
You're worried about your back log.... this is going to be one of the greatest games this Gen or maybe even ever.
There is a week to go and I feel like an 8 year old waiting on Xmas, I don't know how you could wait on this one.

I'm pretty dam sure no company would get away with this for so long if it was 100%truth, especially with some of these disgruntled ex-employee's.

I'm a level 17 with 3000 trophies and only 4 plats. I get trophies when I get trophies, it's something that is kind of cool but has never been my main objective when it comes to gaming.
Ya I get this problem with some updates even though I actually have the free space. It's quite annoying.
But the hype real and will live up to it.

With the AI alone rockstar has set a new standard that is going to be extremely hard to follow. I would call that innovation.
