Pretty sure MS wont profit from this game outside of xbox and windows store so comparing xbox and windows to the ps4 and vita is completely irrelevant when the game will also be on steam.
So if i buy a game on xbox one and then put that same game in an xbonex the physics of the game will improve or change for the better?

So far the ps4 is on par with how well the ps2 sold in the same time frame.
Also don't for get the ps2 was supported for 12 years I believe, so the 150 million sales was still being counted even after the release of the ps3.
I am willing to bet that ps4 will also be supported well into next generation just like all playstation consoles have been.
I won't be surprised if ps4 comes close to 100 million before ps5 is rele...

Sony did approach MS last gen about this very issue but at that time MS were the ones to turn Sony down. MS also had a much greater market share, but things are different now and MS are trying to make themselves look like they are for the gamer.
The thing is, Sony has the majority of the market share, I can see why MS are nervous about making exclusives for Xbox when the majority of people are playing their ps4.
And I can assure you that even on pc most gamers won't have anything to do with "live".
So ya, having the least market share in the industry would probably be the true reason MS don't want to make 1st party games.
