OMG, who took the cookie from the cookie jar?
A corporation that doesn't lie? lolwut
Exactly. Can't blame them though if they never tried to learn the game, or even watched a tournament match before.
To those who complain about SF have you even attempted to learn the game? How about you learn the basics before you start complaining about hadokens (which are primarily used for zoning). There's a reason why MK was never taken seriously in the fighting game community lol. If it wasn't for the gore this series wouldn't have been anything special. I commend NeatherRealm studios for designing this game for tournaments and from the footage/demo the game has improved, but let'...
I bet half the people complaining didn't play any of the Battlefield games besides both of the Bad Companies lol.
The main attraction with this game, just like all FPS, is multiplayer.
Ehh. Tournaments usually ban glitches, but not combo loops. If someone were to somehow pull this off in a game they wouldn't be disqualified.
The Outbreak series has so much potential. Don't let RE5 convince you that co-op isn't meant for Resident Evil.
If they took away the amount of guns/upgrades that was in RE4-5, made the ammo more scarce, and placed emphasis on survival horror I believe Capcom can pull it off. Then again, what has Capcom done right this gen besides SF4?
Exactly. I want them to release it for PSN/XBLA. RE remake has to be one of the best, if not the best survival horror game there is.
I feel sorry for die hard Resident Evil fans. It's getting to the point where Capcom are making their franchises unrecognizable. When I first heard of this game several months ago I thought Capcom/Slant-Six were going to develop something similar to Outbreak with an emphasis on survival horror. Turns out, it's a third person L4D. L4D is a great game, but it's just not what you would expect from a Resident Evil game. Hopefully, RE6 is at least somewhat like Mikami's "...
When will you people understand that it's not just the character design that the fans are worried about?
There's no such thing as "cheesers" in the fighting genre unless you're referring to laggers. If you get beat by someone using the same tactic repeatedly then you need to go to the training room.
However, I do agree that SF3 is arguably the best in the series even though some of the ideas came from King of Fighters.
HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yet another article that fuels this irrelevant fanboy war.
Lol @ Capcom thinking NT is going to "save the action genre" when they have yet to make one game with a decent combat system. Capcom and NT have contradicted themselves so much on this topic that I can't even take them seriously anymore. "It's a reboot..no wait it's a retelling of his origin story, but doesn't have anything to do with the previous DMCs...We redesigned him because he wasn't cool anymore...Oh when you're finished he's going to be the...
Another news article that fuels this frivolous internet "war" between Sony and Microsoft fanboys.
I'm shocked.
Should have been included in the original roster, but this gives me hope for Vergil as DLC. I'm about to just download Mugen and add characters until Capcom gets their act together.
Edit: The list that leaked yesterday was official.

When humans learn to stop resorting to war to solve conflicts.
Can't blame them when everything developed by Japanese developers are dumbed down versions of their predecessors. I feel the exact same way because most of my favorite franchises come from Japan.
That leaked list looks horrible. Better off downloading Mugen and adding characters to it because they blew it big time with the roster.
I'm for government regulation in certain situations if it's going to ensure that corporations aren't going to harm the environment, and put people's health at risk. However, these companies should be given a chance to prove that they're socially responsible. It's when they go overboard with the legal violations that it becomes a problem. I shouldn't even have to list the amount of times in which Enron, General Electric or GM committed legal violations.
