To me $500 is not expensive for what you get. A PS4 pro at $100 less is a waste because it only plays a handful of exclusives slightly better than the standard, much cheaper PS4.
If the X1X is a cash grab with is the much weaker PS4 Pro? What is the purpose of the Pro? To only make a handful of exclusives run better? please explain.
So, you can't afford it. Now I get it. For me $500 was no big deal and worth it for me to have the most powerful system that will run all with better graphic and framerates. Also, I don't care for any of the PS4 1st party games. Exclusives mean nothing if you don't want to play them .

Like @ Crossplay said exclusives are subjective. I have no interest in all of the the PS4 "exclusives" that you listed. I didn't like them on my PS3 or they are just meh.
I like the games on X box more. It, the facts are that just about all 3rd party games will run run better and look better on the X1X the Pro and especially the PS4. That's a lot more games then the hand full you have listed for the PS4.

Are you implying that the Pro is as powerful as the X1X? If so please provide a link because everything I have seen so far shows that the Pro is not as capable. Just look at Tomb raiders comparison.
