Rise Of The Tomb Raider is a timed-exclusive. It's coming to PS4 as well but a few months later, just because Microsoft wanted some more exclusives to try and compete with the PS4.

COD is way better than Titanfall though, there really is no comparison at all.
Besides TF barely came out a year ago, there's no way they are ready to show a sequel this early.
Outside of Halo 5, Microsoft has no real 1st party games that the average joe would care about.
COD/FIFA/MADDEN. 3rd Party games like these dominate on console and are way more popular than anything.

As for those saying the box art is boring, I completely disagree, it seems to suggest a darker theme for the game and I like it much better than the Uncharted 1, 2 an 3 box arts.
